I got the courage to make it at home myself.
I live in Boston, and I just found out that the Mozzarella available in stores is made from rennet, which comes from the stomach of cattle. As a vegetarian, this recipe is a life saver. I love mozzarella cheese and can now make stuff using it. Thank you so much!

Jin logo ne Paneer banaayaa hai we log cooking skill me bahut weak hai. Aaplog dudh ko Lukewarm se thoda jyada ya Half boil se thoda kam boil kariye Paneer nahi banegaa. Good recepie . billion of likes.

buffalo milk is better as it is full fat

It really works....when I started doing this process I didn't think that I will get cheese after all this taam jham and scared of getting paneer but guess what I got cheese with so much cheese pull... Definitely must try this recipe
