Great instructions. Just did this job on an 05 mazda 6. some of my bolt sizes were different but that's ok. Went very smooth. I did not use a pneumatic wrench, but did use a cheater bar to break a couple of the bolts loose. Again no problems. Thanks for a great video. The music was great too!!!

Thank you for contacting us. We strongly recommend using a torque wrench, otherwise, you may not put pressure on or even pinch the mount and damage the threaded connection, which can ultimately turn into expensive repairs. Best Regards, Autodoc team

Thank you for your feedback! You are right, this model versions differ by suspension design, but it doesn't influence on the sequence of the replacement in anyway. Best wishes, Autodoc.
Thank you for the feedback! In this case we replaced only the shock absorber. If the spring comes in the assembly with the shock absorber, it is called "a strut".Best regards, Autodoc.

I'm about to go through a replacement on the same model, should I go for KYB, Sachs, Monroe or Bilsteins? What would be the difference between those?

Same as the Ford Fusion.
All of the bolts/nuts are one-use only according to the factory manual. Buy new hardware or use Loctite.
