@Sustainable Routes, It's 4.30am right now on July 17th 2020. Furloughed from work for nearly 4 months and NOW they say they want us to wear masks in shops! Even Tony Fauci said it wasn't necessary and he's behind the coverup. This banging tune reminds me; I still need to see Trainspotting 2. I hope it doesn't disappoint. I still remember when 1 came out and it was all the rave so I deliberately avoided it like Pulp Fiction. I got sick of hearing Quentin Tarantino's name. Both ended up being epic movies worthy of all the praise. I'm a natural contrarian, as by definition, most people are not in the top 1% in intelligence and therefore are usually misguided by those 1% or less for fun and profit. Same with 28 weeks later also starring Robert Carlyle that I finally bought on DVD a week ago and haven't watched. Too busy in survival mode planning for future potentials, buying land and going off grid etc. Been planning it for years but the U.K. stamp duty window until March 31st 2021 is a good deadline to aim at to sell the house by. Yeah back when people were actually present in the now, experiencing life in the moment and not hyper focused on the gram, fakebook or some other “fake” virtual reality. Sad what we’ve become.
I fricken hate phones. Hate what 'smartphones' have done to society. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I could. Sure if someone asked me, id say yeah I remember my youth in the 90s and early 2000s... But listening to this is a whole nother level....flashes of the bus we'd catch to the nightclub district, could smell the mixed fragrance of my ex boyfriends aftershave, lynx body spray and sweat. Images of my necklaces and rings I always wore n never took off, but 🤷 don't have now? My prodigy CD with cracked cover. Getting ready to go out in the bathroom of the house I grew up in.like I was there for a flash of a second. Those little tiny butterfly hair clips that held up my sooo fashionable 20 spiky hair twists 😆 ....makeup was just covergirl spot concealer, one colour eyeshadow, mascara n scratchy pencil eyeliner, tinted scented lip balm- Bonne belle watermelon lip smackers tube, or body shop kiwifruit. Could smell the pot of bright metallic silver Napoleon Perdis sweatproof eyeshadow balm- it was the best! I constantly flogged it from my sister- silver eyeshadow was THE eyeshadow colour that defined the era, I always thought I'd got away with it then I'd forget to wipe off before I got home and she'd see me n go off her bloody head -TRiGgEreD- AF 😹 ...can't believe what just happened wow! really connected me to that time and space, now Im swamped with a flood of sadness how shite and changed for the worse the world really is.
@heyhey heyhey And we were the last generation to taste this kind of spiritual freedom... It feels like a dream where you're screaming but no sound comes out.

Wow!! How I miss the 90's... No phones, just dance!
This is 2016, music is 90's.
Yes Christine...that's so true...first on last off for me.....😍👍
But yet we are all watching on our phone an connecting with each other about the past. All in different country's.
I hate them too
If this track and Trainspotting made you try anything you wanted, you lived the life and still here listening to it
So geil ❤
Lovely to see lots of middle aged women in the audience ,having lots of fun, jumping up and down !!!
... Don't forget the middle aged men who should know better too!
It warms my heart to see all these old school ravers growing old and still rocking out to this. Gives me hope =)
Ravers get old but rave never gets old!
We will always rock it ..we are the last ones...
Great opinion

I am 52 years old and the Techno is my life
I’m not a techno fan but this for me is the song of the 90’s. First thing I think of when I think of this decade

I love how everyone is laughing and crying in the crowd, beautiful.

@heyhey heyhey And we were the last generation to taste this kind of spiritual freedom... It feels like a dream where you're screaming but no sound comes out.
I haven't been born yet but still kicking to this tune!
The sheer delight on the faces of the people in the crowd is almost as amazing as the music. Thank you Underworld....truly amazing.
Delightful times back then..

Even when i'm dead and in my grave, i'm still dancing on this tune in heaven 😄
It´s so nice to see these "old men" still performing and creating such magic nights with such an amazing musical potential.

They can’t take that from you so hold it dear to you!!!! Much love to everyone!!!!!!
Wow! This song just made me remember how we used to have soundtracks to movies😂
This song is very special, it is so nostalgic. It represents a moment in time, a smell, a feeling, we all felt it then, and it takes me back instantly, every time I hear it.
Goosebumps!
I am 51....still remember the first time to hear this song. I started to know the electonic music whien I serviced the national serviese in Taiwan when I was 23. The electronic musics were introduced to Taiwan at that time. Loving the music, loving my young age.
Timeless beats, synths, vocals, voice. Everything about this tune is perfection.
This tune will never fade away.... Absolutely brilliant 👍

Same here , seen it all! First Thunderdome, Parkzicht Rotterdam, Multigroove Elementenstraat, Fun Factory Zaandam and many other party's. Sneaking out my parents house on friday and coming back on sunday because had to work on monday and that for years! 35 years of weed, speed, pills, coke and paddo's. Still living but aint having the energy to go out any more
And survive
Such a moving tune. Everyone remembers where they were, what they were doing, and how their heart soared listening to this tune. Literally, Born Slippy is a whole body experience.

First heard it in a well dodgy club in London. The drums started and kicked my fucking head in
YES! Well said. 100000%
In 2 months time I'm going to be a father for the first time. Can't wait to dust off the old records and begin handing down that musical education to my daughter
that's exactly what my dad did for me, now I'm here
Yes mate, got my 4 year old dancing round the kitchen.
Damn right Dave, it’s what good parents do 👊🏼 enjoy every minute of the crazy ride that’s coming your way 👊🏼👍🏼😉
Good luck with that one dude !!!!
Dave - she here? Did you play a particular song when you brought her home for the first time?

This song will never die ...my grandkids will learn about it in school 🏫
Nearly 17 years old and walking into the Newquay Arms in July… this blasting out… first holiday without my parents, just me and mates. Always will be a soundtrack to my life! P.S I’m 42 now 🤣
