The amazing thing for me about The Chemical Brothers, is that they actually composed electronic music; it was not like a remix of a remix of a remix of 1000 samples and a few FL beats, or at least thats not how it felt. It felt like real music made by REAL musicians, like any rock or jazz band. Thats the biggest thing for me Amazing classic
@@marthacunningham2028 hahahaha, are you kidding? or you really don't have the minimum idea about what you are saying or you just dare to speak any BS that came to your mind. As a child I played a game and this song played, I spent years looking for the name of the song and today I don't even remember the name of the game. Finally, I found the song again... until 2024 almost 2025 Damn.
Imagine if Handel played and created this kind of music in his day. The parties would have been lit with him on the turntables Still a club banger even to this day alongside Faithless Insomnia
Same! I literally danced on my fave club's counter to this song, among a crowd of 4000 people, in a transe, sweaty - and a bit inebriated - as the morning started to show up (the perks of an open roof club). The feeling was crazy. It's etched in my brain forever 😆 I wouldn't go back to 18 though. Or my 20s. Hell, even my 30s. I like it so much more now, the woman I've become as well. But ngl... being able to handle nights out and lack of sleep like it's nothing and not experiencing what feels like a week-long hangover if I celebrate whatever a bit too hard, well... it sounds kind of tempting 😬
As my stones can dance to this song , as my heart 💗 will be young, dancing to the clubs of 90s. You, with your youngest bones, stop looking this blue lights of phone. Get up and dance, its free, no cost , therapy to your heart 💗

I was 13 when first saw this. At that time (1999) I remembered watching it at MTV -when MTV was a real music channel- and i've just got stuck about the kids-skeletons history... At that time I got fell in love with it. 17 years later still sounds like beating out my heart. I'm still want to dance like as shit in my bedroom like I was doing as a kid. When I'll have kids, if they start listen electronic music, I will put this to them, I like a bible of techno.
Like to this video it's not enough.
I sometimes love comment section.
Megahit 1999 roku , genialny kawałek . Utwór dochodzi do 3 miejsca w Wielkiej Brytanii , absolutne bóstwo
I was 18.. What a time!!!! The music is like time machine.
It's the acid trip on this back then. ...90s were fabulous 🤌

THE CHEMICAL BROS THX FOR GREAT MEMORIES
MISS THIS YEARS
syll2k me 2 bro😣😣😣
This video is a perfect piece of art. I have to come back and watch it again every few years.
All Chemical Brothers videos are works of art
isn.t it. took my 73yr old parents to the national history two weeks agoand had to get a pic on the slope at the start and the stairs in that main hall, which is breathtaking if you have never been, whilst trying to recreate the video with them. wish it was as empty in the vid as it was hammered in there when we visited
The Test is also superb, almost an extension of this one
Era 1999, tenía cerca de 13 o 14 años, y este tema me abrió el camino para escuchar el resto de buena música. 🙂 Thanx The Chemical Brothers
igualmente, fue el abrelatas para el mundo de la buena música.
Jogar Rpg😂
Yo también :D
This was one of the songs I played in the car driving on holiday to France and Italy in the summer of 1999. Great song, great video, great memories. But 23 years ago, hey that hurts...;-)
And so u remember the “hey girl “ or “hey boy” first

Why do we need to know your age? Does listening to music has anything to do with the age? I didn’t know that
@@universe25.x Obviously he mentions his age because his generation does not listen to trance or techno or industrial and it's awesome that different generations can connect through music. No need to be a sourpuss about something as harmless and benign as this, it's cool he his age and enjoys this like us.
@@stupor_mundi did I ask you? And your comment doesn’t make any sense, because if this guy likes this song/track precisely doesn’t mean he likes techno music in general. So it’s a bit weak connection. I listen to classic music since I was 5, soooo??? I didn’t know that It’s a must to mention age when I listen to something. I thought music is for everyone and you can love it at any age. Well maybe I’m at another level of understanding things.

Estamos igual! Despierta el instinto! 👌🏼
I feel the same euphoria
The amazing thing for me about The Chemical Brothers, is that they actually composed electronic music; it was not like a remix of a remix of a remix of 1000 samples and a few FL beats, or at least thats not how it felt. It felt like real music made by REAL musicians, like any rock or jazz band. Thats the biggest thing for me
Amazing classic
Lol, music and lyrics are both samples 🙄
@@marthacunningham2028 they made an even better job making it sound like an entirely new thing then! I was wrong for decades LOL
Naaah all was made with samples the diference is this was not digital thats why sound fucking amazing
@@marthacunningham2028 hahahaha, are you kidding? or you really don't have the minimum idea about what you are saying or you just dare to speak any BS that came to your mind. They have an arsenal of electronic machinery since day one, and yes, they use samples and most of them are recorded by themselves, so what?
@@DDONNRICARTUR Why are you so mad? The lyrics are sampled from Rock Master Scott and the high synth line is from Joeski Love.

As a child I played a game and this song played, I spent years looking for the name of the song and today I don't even remember the name of the game. Finally, I found the song again... until 2024 almost 2025 Damn.
Imagine if Handel played and created this kind of music in his day. The parties would have been lit with him on the turntables
Still a club banger even to this day alongside Faithless Insomnia
🤦🏻♂️
One of the best music-videos ever...
Born 1981, this track changed my youth 😅...
Same!
I literally danced on my fave club's counter to this song, among a crowd of 4000 people, in a transe, sweaty - and a bit inebriated - as the morning started to show up (the perks of an open roof club). The feeling was crazy. It's etched in my brain forever 😆
I wouldn't go back to 18 though.
Indeed. Same goes to me. 1981
The sample is probably as old as you 😅
