I'm quite interested in this, but i have two questions... A.Can those iso files be moved over to another USB without breaking dependencies/root permissions and B. How up to date is the software usually on the USB's before shipment?

You may wanna add Rocky linux too. Rocky linux is successor to CentOS.

@@theit-unicorn1873 the only reason i suggested rocky it is response to red hat after they closed down source code for original CentOS so know it goes by CentOS Stream and it's no longer like original. Rocky Linux carries name of original developer of CentOS.
@@theit-unicorn1873 I suggested to replace CentOS with Rocky because one of the original developers of CentOS made it as response to redhat's termination of CentOS after CentOS joined redhat. Many users who loved CentOS were pissed off so they switched to either Rocky Linux or Alma Linux as response. Personally i would choose Rocky Linux.
@@theit-unicorn1873 Latest CentOs is still avaliable but development end in about 3 months after that it will only be CentOS stream. You have 2 options in that regard: Rocky Linux created by one of the original developers of CentOS before CentOS joined redhat or or Alma Linux.

What is the size of the empty space of the usb when received?
There will be a little over 1GB free space on the USB when shipped. You can always remove any images you would like to free up more space. If you want to keep them for later use, simply copy them somewhere before removing from the USB. Thanks!

Yes, they took it down for "policy violation". Even though there are tons of similar listings. My best guess is some hater reported it.
