Funny when you think about it, in the 90s we emulated Macs with ShapeShifter, now Macs emulate Amigas with FS-UAE... I can run my old ShapeShifter MAC under WinUAE and play Marathon... 😁
*The problem will ALL emulation of 1980s machines and consoles* is they still suck at games. Nearly all games of that era used a NTSC/PAL output. This output is analog and had a natural anti-aliasing of the pixels. Under emulation, the pixels are too clear and "hard" that can you clearly see "jailboxes" on some sprites and backgrounds. Its stupid. Why can't they fix this?!?!

PIMIGA FOR THE WIN
True that!
HOLY JIT
EXACTLY!
For ages, AmigaOS didn't care about an MMU but I guess there are some scenarios where it's good. Interesting! 🤔
The weird thing about FS-UAE is the developer has been MIA for over 2 years, not in his Discord, in forums, not answering email…
Ugh. Well. I hope someone else can step up. I don't blame him. It's a passion project. Some lose the love.
@@HoldandModify that or he is…
be a real man and fork the source! but seriously, it is unfortunate that devs are expected to support freeware for their entire lives.
can you set jit to ON and be on the full cpu too? does that combo work or are they mutually exclusive
seems exclusive

ehhh game emulation is actually pretty decent for Amiga. We have a lot of options.
