Is it required to bring original certificate of naturalization of US citizen spouse during interview? Or a photo copy would serve the purpose?

Had my interview in June and you absolutely nailed all parts, my interview was more of a relaxed chat than anything and lasted about 30 minutes. I brought all the required documents and but the only thing she looked at was my passport and then there was some minor things from my original green card application she needed clarified. All in all, was a very pleasant experience after months of anxiety waiting for the date.

I have a question for you you seem very knowledgeable on what’s going on with becoming a US citizen, and I appreciate all the information you gave me. I have heard that if you flunk any of the tests that not only do you forfeit your green card but they can send you back to the country you came from even though you’re married to a US citizen is this true? Please get back to me I really would appreciate it. Thank you.🌹😇💝🤣🌹

Can you bring your citizen spouse’s passport as proof of citizenship? My husband was underage when he became a citizen and only his parents got a naturalization certificate. Thanks!

I am preparing for my interview and I saw on the letter I needed a letter for Selective service. When I filed the form in May 2020 (3 year eligibility and I was 30, was 27 when I got my GC via marriage) I answered No on the form for Selective service.
I recently called the Selective service helpline and found out I was registered and somehow they told me I was by the Ohio DMV back in No 2011, I was 22 and on an F1 Visa which I didnt know till today. My interview is in January 2021, and I'm nervous. How do I approach this. I have the pdf copy of my Selective service registration from 11-23-2011, can I just take it to the interview and tell the officer it was an error and I infact am registered.

Certain people can have this requirement waived, if you're over 50 and have lived in the US for 20 years or if you have some kind of disability for example.
