FROM KANDY TO ELLA, SRI LANKA - An Amazing Adventure!

Kandy to Ella, Sri Lanka. We begin this journey in Sri Lanka's spiritual heart, the beautiful city of Kandy where we visited the Temple of the Tooth. This temple is Sri Lanka's most significant religious site. Unfortunately, we only had one full day here before we caught a train to Ella to spend several beautiful days hiking through the mountains and enjoying the picturesque tea plantations.

I've done this journey 5 times now, three times to Ella and twice back. Each time it's been on the old trains. I don't like the new Blue trains.
