This is Taiwanese traditional dessert called "bai - tang - tsun (白white糖candy蔥scallion/pulled candy)". The name scallion because it is hollow and white just like scallion.(Actually I think more like celery). It is very crunchy but taste like cotton candy.
That wasn't the sound I was expecting to hear when they broke the candy in bits, but I love it. Also, hope the candy master is doing alright seems like he has a bad back...

Good but brush your teeth right after lol, it can also be flavored with oils like citrus/peppermint/fruits and can be colored with said oils or food coloring. It's hard candy, bite into and it shatters and sticks to your toofths. Good but brush your teeth right after lol, it can also be flavored with oils like citrus/peppermint/fruits and can be colored with said oils or food coloring.
