My wife and I moved here a year and a half ago and we love it here in the Tomball area and that’s all thanks to Joe. We took a week to find a home and flew in and the first day Joe showed us 6 houses and a house that we had on our list to view, we decided not to view because of the photos and Joe convinced us to go take a look. When we walked through the door we looked at each other and said this is our house. So thanks Joe Rodriguez.👍👍👍

      Hello,
Would you consider Tomball a “safe” neighborhood?

@@Makeuphuney yes I would but that being said there are always going to be areas that are a little more concerning than others. But that’s what this team did for us too we told them what we wanted and Joe Rodriguez the agent worked his but off for us and we found our house on the first day. Then spent the rest of the week learning the area and sightseeing they made it so easy.

    Hi y'all doing?
This was a superb, vid!! Greatly, informative, cinematography, great. Oh! I like, in ur vids, how you talk about "MUD" how one has to choose an electric company to pay. And negotiate, property taxes. That the cable bill will be higher, in Tex, than anywhere else. In addition, to the maintenance of the AC, systems, in the attic,( putting bleach in the water tray. ); The Orkin man, for bugs; and the thing, that popped my beer top, that you can buy land and build at the same time.
All the best Shaun of NYC 🦉🦉

My impression is that the lush trees in the backyard are mostly in the north Houston area. Like, not friendswood/south/west Houston. Is that true? Or am off?
Coming from North Idaho and trees in the back are a MUST

We just moved here from Rhode Island to Spring Texas almost every yard north of Houston has one especially in the HOA areas. We checked a couple in Houston but nothing. If you pretty much look and not in a rush you can find your house with trees

Texas city looks ugly to me, yuck! But I am a spoiled Floridian so who knows. I’ve been driven around by a local that grew up in the area. I just do not like it at all😩💀. Just driving thru I really really did not like Texas City personally.

@@dorothyajeatas5623 Hi! I’m considering Katy, Spring, and Kingwood. Does it feel “safe” in Spring?

    • @dorothyajeatas5623

@@Makeuphuney yes I have not had anything un-normal that I've seen thus far but I would suggest signing up for nextdoor that way you can see the bad areas bc pretty much anywhere you go now a days in the USA has it's good and bad areas. Not sure where you are moving from? If it's another state I can give you some pro's and cons to consider as someone who came from another state about spring. I do have 2 teens and I can say the school Klein Collins is top notch. Lot's of food options whether restaurants or grocery shopping. The cons are people here are downright rude whether driving or in a store they must've forgotten the southern hospitality but this is all over Texas not just spring. They are building tons of new housing here and usually that means a possibility for an uptick in crime. I was worried coming here about the catalytic converter thefts and yes they do in some places here but as long as you park close to the door or if you're buying a house in the garage if you're in or close to one of the bad areas you should be fine we haven't had anything happen yet and there are tons of police around patrolling the crime seems to happen overnight. We live off of fm2920 which seems to be safe. I guess the only other thing was I was expecting a big welcome from the neighbors and our homeowners association but nothing. Oh sorry another pro was I was shocked at the food prices so cheap then Rhode Island everything including utilities are cheaper and car insurance. There is also a good mix of ethnicities here but just people aren't very friendly so we have literally no friends here sometimes I miss just walking into the grocery store and striking up a conversation with someone out of the blue. If I missed anything ask away. Spring is a good area in general if you go further north like Willis it's super rural we looked at a house there and there was no cell service 😂
