    Hi Jackson and Jo Jo, I really appreciate you guys doing a great job putting an overall idea about living in Tx. As a mother of two sons I would like to highlight these things so you can talk about them in your next video. Or give me or other moms some ideas which you never mentioned any of you videos before. These are; kids pediatricians offices, job opportunities, local clinics or urgent care facilities, daycare options etc etc. thanks again and we love your support 😊

    I really appreciate all the work you and JoJo do, the homes are ALWAYS beautiful. All the hard work you guys put in showing what the communities have to offer with amenities and schools district is just amazing. My wife and I are BIG fans of your channel and we will be contacting you all in the near future to relocate. The house that we are choosing is the $380,000.00 home. But more than anything it's the amenities that the community has to offer. Keep up the amazing work that you guys are doing and we are looking forward to working with you soon.

    Jackson let me just tell you we finally made the move from California to Conroe/woodlands area after watching your videos for a year ! best decision ever !we absolutely love it but looking to move to Katy or Cinco ranch our son has autism and feel the schools might be more advanced . The school he’s at they are smaller don’t really have the resources to deal with the behavior aspect that comes with autism . I just love the trees and seeing deer every morning and the curvy rolling roads so pretty will I get that same vibe over there ?

      I have no idea if you're still considering Katy, but if you haven't moved yet, consider Cypress. I sold technology to CFISD that was specific to special education. They take it seriously there and are more than willing to spend what they need to ensure the SPED students are taken care of. Good luck.

    The problem with Houston is that unless you are from the south, you will hate the humidity. Houston is right in the middle of tornado alley along with hurricanes, and Houston has one of the highest crime rates in the country. Be sure to look at this because real estate agents tend to not advertise this information and it is relevant.

      👇🏽you want a bigger lot that’s a bigger price …issue has always been only so much land being developed to maximize 💰 & keep prices higher

    • @marisamartini1975
      @marisamartini1975 Год назад +2

      @ukprince4544 but then the developer only will place a larger house on the larger lots. I want a medium size high quality built house on a large lot but also in the suburbs. I don't want to have to drive way out to the country to get a large piece of land and have a septic tank and well in order to have a large lot with a brand new medium size house.
