    I would recommend people to look at Verona and Savoy floor plans for Tri Pointe Homes and Asbhy and Stelvio floor plans for Toll Brothers. They have all four of them here.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  5 дней назад

      Great recommendations! Both Tri Pointe Homes and Toll Brothers offer some fantastic floor plans, and it’s awesome to hear that you’re seeing those specific models available locally. The **Verona** and **Savoy** by Tri Pointe Homes are known for their spacious, well-designed layouts, while the **Asbhy** and **Stelvio** by Toll Brothers have luxurious features and stunning designs. It’s great to have so many excellent options in one place!
      Are you currently looking at any of these floor plans for your next home, or just sharing what you’ve seen in the area? Would love to hear more about your experience with them or any specific features you love most! 😊

    Beautiful layout. Only problem with modern open layouts are the practicality when it comes to noise. Absolutely love that open 2nd floor balcony overlooking the living room, but just imagine the noise. Kitchen noise, living room noise, upstairs lounge noise, all mixing in together.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  5 дней назад

      You bring up a really good point! Open floor plans, while beautiful and great for socializing, can definitely create noise challenges, especially in the kitchen or living areas. The sound from the kitchen, TV, or even just foot traffic can echo across the space and disrupt the peace, particularly with open balconies or loft spaces.
      The second-floor balcony does look amazing, though, and would be a great feature for an open, airy feel! Have you considered soundproofing options or layout tweaks to help manage the noise, like adding rugs, curtains, or even some strategic room separation? It could really help balance the space while maintaining that modern, open vibe.
      Let me know if you'd like to see homes that offer a bit more privacy or quiet spaces, and we can dive into some alternatives!

    Hey Jackson thank you for all the information, we are planning to make that move to Cypress, i have a question: what do you think about the window tinting business? We do residential, commercial and automobile tint. Thanks for your time and help.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  5 дней назад +1

      Hey! That’s so exciting you’re planning to move to Cypress! 🎉 It’s a great area with lots of growth and community amenities.
      As for the window tinting business, I think it’s a solid industry, especially in Texas with the heat! People are always looking for ways to stay cooler and protect their interiors from the intense sun, and tinting is a great solution for both residential, commercial, and automotive needs. Plus, with more people moving to Texas, there’s a growing market for these kinds of services.
      If you’re thinking of starting a tinting business in Cypress or just looking to expand, I’d say it could be a great opportunity, especially with the area's rapid growth and demand for home improvements. Have you looked into the local competition or zoning requirements in Cypress yet? Let me know if you'd like any help with market info!

    Its the "safe room" for me. If i was moving to texas.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  5 дней назад

      I totally get that! Having a "safe room" or a designated area for security and peace of mind can be a huge plus, especially when considering a new place to live. In Texas, there are some homes designed with these kinds of spaces in mind, particularly in areas that may be more prone to storms or other emergencies.
      Would you be interested in homes that offer built-in safe rooms, or are you thinking about designing your own? There are definitely properties with storm shelters, especially in certain neighborhoods. Let me know what you're looking for, and we can explore some options!

    I don't see alot of trails and playgrounds/pocket parks. Trails are a huge deal, safety, being able to walk around at night is super important. It looks nice but if it doesn't have nice parks and trails then it won't meet everyone's wants.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  5 дней назад

      You’re right, trails and parks are essential for a thriving community. We’ll be sure to explore those features in more depth.

    How many more master plan Comunnities will be developed in Montgomery County or north Houston erea in the next five to ten years

    • @BitcoinTo150K
      @BitcoinTo150K Год назад

      the north will be completely filled

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  5 дней назад

      Great question! Montgomery County and the north Houston area have been experiencing significant growth, and there are indeed several master-planned communities on the horizon. With Houston’s expansion and demand for residential spaces, we can expect more of these communities to be developed in the next 5-10 years, especially as more people move to the area.
      Some communities already in development or planning phases include:
      1. **Woodforest** (already well-established but continuing to grow with more phases planned)
      2. **Grand Central Park** (a large, master-planned community near Conroe with tons of amenities)
      3. **The Woodlands Hills** (a newer addition to The Woodlands area with long-term growth plans)
      4. **Summerwood** (more residential options continuing to pop up)
      5. **Towne Lake** (still expanding with more phases planned)
      In addition to these, there are always smaller developments that pop up in nearby areas like Magnolia, Spring, and Conroe. With more people moving to Texas, especially in suburban areas, expect to see a continued rise in master-planned communities designed to offer convenience, amenities, and a community-focused lifestyle.
      Are you looking for a specific type of master-planned community or just curious about the overall growth? Let me know, and I can give you more detailed info based on your preferences!

      Thanks so much for the love! 😊 We totally get what you’re saying-homes in the $800K to $1M range can be a bit mind-blowing, but it’s interesting how different factors, like location, amenities, and overall demand, play into those prices.
      It’s also fascinating how some buyers find ways to afford higher-end homes, whether it’s through financing options, relocating for work, or simply prioritizing their budget around that kind of investment.
      Are you more interested in seeing homes in a different price range, or curious about how those higher-end homes compare to others in the area? Let us know what you’d like to see next-we’re always happy to dive into more options!

    It’s called a safe room !!!!!!!!!

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  5 дней назад

      Got it! A **safe room** is an excellent feature, especially for peace of mind. These rooms are often designed with reinforced walls and secure doors to protect from things like storms, break-ins, or other emergencies. Many homes in Texas, especially in areas with storm risks, have started incorporating them into their designs.
      Are you looking for homes specifically with a safe room, or is it something you're hoping to add in the future? I can definitely help explore some options for homes with that built-in feature or ideas on how to create one!

      That’s right! Trendmaker Homes has been known for their creative designs, and "secret rooms" are definitely a fun and unique feature! These hidden spaces can be used for anything from a home office to a hidden media room or even a personal library. It's such a cool way to add a little mystery and extra functionality to a home.
      Are you considering a Trendmaker home, or are you just a fan of that idea? Let me know if you’d like to see more homes with similar creative features! Hidden rooms are a fun trend for sure!
