Good review. I traveled this month with Finnair in premium economy between Helsinki and Tokyo for the outward and return journey and I was very disappointed especially on the return journey by the quality of the food served, especially the starter, the dessert for the main meal but also by the breakfast for the return flight. Even if the seat was ok, I think that next time I will prefer an Asian company to return to Asia in premium economy
I'm suspecting it's cost-cutting. i asked for a pillow (as there used to be a neck pillow provided in premium economy), but they said there wasn't any. One thing I want to add though, was that the seat was comfortable enough to not need a small pillow for the lower back. (Not sure if that's the same in Economy though)
@@SatisfyingThatWanderlust thank you! I noticed that one some routes the neck pillow seems to not be available. Either cost cutting (as you said) or the have a shortage.
