Density should be 18 Person per plot at the time of applying the licence but ddjay like Paras Ekam have a density of 13.5 person per plot so not all Ddjay projects would have S+4

Best time to sell property not to buy as property is already on peak permission given with very hard conditions and what if govt changes after election turndown this permission 😂

All ddjay plots have 13.5 density. Not sure if four floors are allowed as I have a plot at sector 97 under ddjay

What is status of premium plots like BPTP Amstoria or DLF garden city. Do they need neighbor NOC for construction.
