Adam Waddington your own metabolism plays a big part, I’ve just recently lost 6lbs in about 7-10 days, just by making some adjustments to what I eat and the way I train in the gym, and keeping track on an app with everything, when I saw the weight loss, I was shocked......., and I wasn’t starving myself
@@Sacrifice-Paid If you lost 6 lbs in 7-10 days, that's 90%n water... you'd need to be in a daily calorie deficit of over 2000 calories to actually lose that much in fat... which would mean you're eating like 500-1000 calories a day... which is way too little.
Adam Waddington trust me, I know it sounds crazy and impossible, as I said, I was shocked at the results, but it happened and I’ve seen the figures, as my fat loss went down and muscle mass went up, like I say, I changed what I did in the gym, and altered my food intake, on days I didn’t train I had approximately 2300 calories, on days I did train a 1000 more, as I burned up to 1100 calories in the gym, so only a slight calorie deficit, and my own metabolic rate, which has always been on the high side, which I’m grateful to God for......
Faith n’ Fitness I’m just telling you the math... fat loss is about caloric deficit... and that’s what you’d have to have eaten to actually lose that amount of fat. It’s not possible unless you’re obese and just not eating.
Adam Waddington like I say, I know it sounds impossible, but it’s happened, if I could see u in person, which ain’t gonna happen, I could show u the proof, I’ll say again, I was shocked
Yeah, lower carb isn't a terrible idea for gen pop, so long as the drop in fiber doesn't give them too many cravings. But the avoidance of sugar and processed foods is a great start for gen pop, for sure - Nick
BarBend Paleo doesn’t preclude carbs, just processed ones like pasta and bread. You should be getting plenty of fiber on a well formulated paleo diet as you’ll be eating greens and cruciferous vegetables... the general pop eats far too many carbs
Collin Lewis oh yeah just like baseball players football players etc lmao they tell you that they can’t but they still let them. Or cross fit would be boring also look at her face she looks like a dude sign of Steroid use also her mass for a chick red flags
Carbs are not essential for human health, of course it doesn't mean you can't utilise them when you are an elite athlete. Let's see how she goes in 20 years, like most athletes and other personalities in the spotlight for many decades.

2500-3200 seems so low for someone as active as her... hell I only weigh 140 and I eat 3000+

Paleo is still probably pretty good for gen pop.
But CF Athletes need carbs.
