- The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has been out for over a year now and after numerous updates it feels better than ever. The camera performance has improved too and I used this phone as my main camera during my trip to Hong Kong.
Follow along on my journey through Hong Kong as we visit famous tourist spots like the big buddha and explore night life and markets. I took many street photos and travel photos. This phone is truly awesome and I will definitely miss the 10x telephoto since Samsung removed it from the S24 Ultra.

Congrats great work. I think after updating to 6.1 it improved shutter speed. I took some pics at my students playing football and it was really quick capturing movement.

Thanks for the video! Its very nice to see photographers taking thier time to revisit one year old phone. Its definitely helping people to decide whether its improved with latest updates or not and decide their purchase. I cannot offer the latest and greatest model of galaxy phone. I have purchased S23 ultra for almost half of the price of S24 ultra.

Awesome pictures. Unedited the pictures are "normal", mostly to bright. But after yout editing every picture is awesome and fantastic. Thank you for sharing
Thanks! Yeah I find the normal ones too bright, it looses the character and mood from the shot. I tend to prefer slightly underexposed scenes anyway

Did you took photos in auto mode?
Or did you use auto mode in the night?
Yeah mostly auto mode with some adjustments to the exposure slider. And some manual controls but not a ton
Am I right in saying there is no way to permanently lower the exposure in a setting?
I find the pics to be very oversharpened compared to oppo or oneplus phone photos. I just can't get over the sharpening lol
Blurred too. That's why I keep my iPhone. Moving subjects don't work even with right shutter speed.
Yeah sometimes it def has oversharpening. But in camera assistant you are able to reduce that somewhat
Can't use any anamorphic lenses with it.
Yeah it seems like most of those lens accessories are only for iphone :(
