I don’t have a preference when it comes to Apple or Samsung. I just upgraded to the s23 ultra after having an iPhone for many years. Apple was ahead because software was their main advantage. After using the s23u that is definitely not the case anymore. Samsung has both hardware and software. You feel more immersed when using the Samsung. The manual controls were definitely missed when I was on iPhone. You had to toss them into Lightroom or settle with what adjustments you could make on the iPhone. In my opinion, Samsung definitely hit the nail on the head this time.

Hi Steven, which one between iphone 14 pro and s23 ultra do you recommend for a creator? (travel& vlogging youtube, instagram, tik tok), and how much storage 128 gb , 256gb, 512gb, or 1tb?
@@StevenDivish I would prefer to edit the videos on the phone, if it's possible to do without lowering the quality of the video/ editing. But if its better to edit videos in a laptop, i'm ready to buy a new good laptop for editing my videos. The audio quality is very important to me, same as the images' quality. Obviously I want it to be as good as possible. For example, the quality of the audio in your video is good for me.
Well if you are okay to spend money on a laptop plus phone, in that case maybe you are better off buying an entry-level DSLR camera with a proper microphone jack and interchangeable lens mount instead of a phone. You can start with something like sony zve1 or 6400 and a kit zoom lens (there are plenty of those used on the marketplace. as a beginner you do not want to overcommit and overspend I think) However, if you want to have all 1 filming and editing done without buying a laptop, then I'd go for Samsung, but I'd buy a wireless mic for better audio recording I hope this helps!
Samsung. Coz you have more options/better hardware to choose from, better stabilization, beter low light videos, motion cam for better raw videos etc. iPhone is smooth during lens transitions and Samsung is snappy. also i don't like iPhone colour profiling. I think it appears good to people because they are normalised to that look and the perception of better camera created by clever advertising and those vloggers or youtubers like mqbhd, supersaf, ijustine etc always favouring even the worst thing about apple.
You should try some of the other Android phones with much better main and telephoto sensors. I'm referring to the phones with Sony IMX 989 sensor - 1 inch.

Hi! What about posting on socials? Everyone knows that for example Instagram is optimized on Apple and very very bad on Android phones. So if you post a great quality video on stories/reels with Android they won't appear as they would with iPhone. Have you noticed this also with S23?
Apple won't coppy as Samsung is offering pro video from like 6 or 7 years but still its quite an underrated feature as people don't know how to mannualy make videos but as a photographer i use this feature as much as possible and i have 300 dollar Samsung phone which also has this pro videos option. Such a great thing to have.
I see what you're saying, it makes good sense...Would be nice if they add manual switch to x3 camera because it's probably one of the most annoying things about the iphones for me
There's something to be said about processing but samsung still looks overprocessed and that carries over especially in video. It's not that it looks bad - and in some cases look identical in photos - but besidesthat Samsung are still boosting primary colors to the point of causing colorbleed; the characteristics highligh clipping (especially notable in clouds) and the skin tone brightening, but my biggest issue is that processing isn't going to save the bottleneck of too many MP in low light on video and despite the pure resolution on paper, the s23U camera looks less sharp due to smaller pixels. Overall, the characteristic issue across the board is the software acting like it's still overcompensating for limitations of previous generations when the hardware has gotten much better in some ways when it comes to sensor sizes.
To be honest most of the photos taken with a phone looks that way, but with little editing one can turn it around. But I do agree that ai processing compensates for the shortcomings of the limitation of optics and sensor with pretty much any phone
I have the 14 pro,and just picked up the s23 ultra, and been using it as my main phone for 2 weeks now. I gotta say tho,I like the 14 pro videos better...the s23 videos always seem like they have a little fuzz to them, and the first couple seconds of a video are always blurry...and one thing I absolutely hate is you can't send videos through text, without jumping throu all kind of hoops. 14 pro,I can send any size video to anybody, and it's always good quality, and always goes through. Makes no sense to me,that a $1200 phone can't send videos
Hmmm..I see, for me the only thing is the lack of airdrop since I do not have a windows OS computer and edit on a MB I really struggle with file transfers
Great video. Would be interested in seeing a 1v1 comparison on specific camera tests, like portrait mode and macro mode for example. PS: Im specifically curious about macro mode since the consensus from what i've seen from reviewers and people that own both is that the s23 ultra produces better macro shots.
Broh you should definitely continue this good work. I think you do a better camera comparison video than others...and we are waiting for the video that made by s23U
I see s23 ultra camera review on so called 10m plus subscriber youtuber channel i didn't find this in depth review this channel is so underrated i also see s23 ultra manual setting camera review on this channel that also outstanding Great work brother Love from Lahore Pakistan 😍
I have only one issue with using manual settings for photography on a smartphone: You need to put in the effort to get good pictures, but you'd always get a better shot with an actual, dedicated camera. Why would you take a point-and-shoot device for serious work that can be done better with proper equipment?
Have you ever experienced any issues with the Galaxy S23 Ultra crashing and needing to reboot? That was one of the problems I had with the Android phones before I switched to iPhone. I occasionally had crashes and needed to reboot the phone which made it not as reliable as the iPhone. I have always been impressed with the better capabilities of the Samsung flagship products though compared to Apple.

Deserves a sub❤
Thank you so much!
I have only one issue with using manual settings for photography on a smartphone: You need to put in the effort to get good pictures, but you'd always get a better shot with an actual, dedicated camera. Why would you take a point-and-shoot device for serious work that can be done better with proper equipment?
what movie is that with the flying cars at 9:50 ?
Woah this guy seems legit, Subscribed! 🔥
Thanks for the sub man! Appreciate it!
i actually use the s22 ultras zoom a lot just to read things XD

Have you ever experienced any issues with the Galaxy S23 Ultra crashing and needing to reboot? That was one of the problems I had with the Android phones before I switched to iPhone. I occasionally had crashes and needed to reboot the phone which made it not as reliable as the iPhone. I have always been impressed with the better capabilities of the Samsung flagship products though compared to Apple.
No problems really
Watching on my S23 ultra❤
