Oh my god is right...you just rocked my world girlfriend. I finally made this dish this morning and ate almost the entire bowl with my big wooden spoon. I added the pine nuts and cream sauce to the onions and cauliflower an hr in to the dehydrating time...so freakin good. Thank you...found my bliss today....
This is by far my favorite raw dish for many years I never get tired of it and the dates make it it over the top out of this world!

oh my god! Made it yesterday, it's so delicious, you won't believe it that is raw cauliflower! The cauliflower came out from dehydrator so soft like a lightly steamed with olive oil! I highly recommend that dish!

Thanks Cara! I just pulled out my dehydrator for the first time after buying it a year or two ago and this recipe didn't disappoint. Y'all it's a savory sauce as Cara said so it's kinda a Mayo replacement. I esp liked this recipe with the dates added, then added fresh apples so kinda had a Waldorf salad kind of taste, would have more so had I also added walnuts. This recipe makes too much food for me since my hubby won't eat any. So next time I'll half the recipe.

Sunflower + pumpkin seeds are a good sub for anyone with allergies (and they're much less $$). I love cashews too.

I've been looking for more raw recipes so that I can stay with a raw diet and stumbled upon your raw recipe videos...I tried this one first last night and I loved it so much!!!
