      check out Duluth Georgia it has huge underrated Asian communities with lots of cheap eats and cost of living isn’t bad

    Those are dishes that you'll find more in the north of the philippines. You haven't been to the south yet. visaya's and mindanao dishes are more toward seafood due to the region is surrounded by ocean. some region love spices in the dishes and some put coconut milk. Have you tried kilawin tuna or adobo with coconut milk and chilis. you have'nt even scratch how much dishes there is in the Philippines.If you want to know about your culture you have insert your self in the culture. I'm a Filipino American born and raised in California andwent on a journey of discovery culture by going on a trip to the philippines and meet people travel the country in different region try there food and come out a different person.

    I'll pass on the sisig at Max's (it's not made the way I like it) and everything else you ordered from Max is good. Visit Nova's grill in Covina. Their take on sisig is soooo much better than Max's.
