    For a softer crust that tastes good, I melt 1 TBS of butter and at the 20 minute mark of cooking I take the loaf out and brush on the melted butter. Then I put the loaf back into the oven to finish cooking.

      @@JenFine223 I used what I had which was salted. You can use whatever brand or salted or unsalted you like. It's the fat in the butter that makes the crust softer and tastier.

      I did just invest in ordering a huge 2kg box 📦 of egg white protein powder from Canegg😃 hoping it doesn’t take too long to come in🤞

    Thank you for sharing. I really like the smaller loaves over the big fat ones. The most important thing is you and yours like the bread. I finally got all the ingredients to make the more improved breads but haven’t tried it yet, maybe today will be the day!!

      Aww thank you so much! This scale has not changed for me in quite a while but I do notice changes in my composition and like you said my neck I even notice in my arms too, it’s so funny how that works☺️

    I lov the coconut flour and I stand yeast and nutritional yeast it is delicious and I had all the ingredients

      @@ketocarnivoreishcrys3446 I did not have whole egg powder, can’t seem to find it locally in Canada and costly to order over the border, I just used the dried egg white powder, coconut flour and the two yeasts, it’s perfection 🥰

    The only egg white protein powder I use (because of low cost) is Bulk Supplement EWPP ... I order 50# and split with 2 daughters, it comes out to just pennies over $6 lb. I'm retired and can't afford to purchase all the expensive keto products.

    What size are the pan loaf? I’m about to order via Amazon. I agree on the size plus I don’t want to get use to eating oversized bread portion. And if I want more.l.I just can grab more bread slice.

      I did order mine off of Amazon and I am in Canada. Once I get it in I will show you what it looks like☺️
      It was an investment though because I believe it was 40+ dollars

    I've never made this but am interested in trying, when you store it does it need to be refrigerated?

      Hi yes it does need to be stored in the fridge in either an airtight container or a bag☺️

    Could I try this recipe without coconut flour as I hate the taste of that and arrowroot as don’t have any?

      Yes you could totally leave out the coconut flour and just use arrowroot I’m not sure it will be 100% the same but I’m guessing it will still be really good. I haven’t got to do this with just Arrowroot flour. Because it is only 1 tablespoon of coconut flour I can’t taste it, but that might be because I find it doesn’t bother me😆

      Oh yes I’m sorry I misunderstood 🙈 you could leave both of those flours out and it will still be really good😊 similar to the keto danishes I had made before🤗

    Should the water be warm for the bread? I have tried to make this bread and just can’t seem to get it to turn out right.

      I only used warm water this time to help bring out more of the yeast smell from the instant yeast, but if you’re not using yeast it does not matter what temperature the water is. I only add the yeast for more yeast flavour it isn’t necessary☺️

      I didn’t taste it that day because I never liked the bread that day😆 I did have it today though and it was really really good☺️
