Ordered the 2K model, cannot wait to recieve it 😊 I sold my 1660ti laptop and bought a 3080 Im sure it will be enough for this panel. I only wonder how much benefit does this monitor have in non hdr games, I like to play a lot of older games like Team Fortress 2, sadly it does support HDR. Does the SDR content also get improved contrast? I am coming off a 2015 AOC TFT 99$ 75Hz 5ms monitor. The upgrade will be astronomical i suppose

It's such a big upgrade over my old 24inch 75hz 1080p tn panel even though its 27 it feels much bigger, love to use the hdr and local dimming at all times. I can deal with the halo around some objects in window. Still looks amazing!
I have hdr off in Windows and on auto in Monitor menu I have some white flickering artefacts is this Normal ? After i Turn off HDR in Monitor menu its Gone is this normal?
Please send it to someone like Hardware Unboxed, or Vincent Teoh from HDTVtest who can do proper review with measurements. All the reviews out there right now are just not good enough.

Yes even with no hdr and just local dimming enabled the contrast will be very good

3080 is plenty for 1440p, 3060 is minimal for it.
