Great video way better than the crap Ruroc one , found it very difficult to get the cheack pads to clip under the chin guard , if fact i could not get chin guard off as it felt like it was stuck and would tear , again very helpful

The only negative is that you didn’t show the re-install of the ear pieces.
Would have taken the vid from pretty good to better than rurocs own install vid.
rurocs install guide is terrible, I was hoping this had the install too but ig we dont really need to put all the padding back in

I've seen a few review videos on the shockwave and from what I've gathered the system works very well. However the main complaint across the board is having to reach behind you to reach the controls. I know Ruroc listens to it's customers so I hope they develop an external controller that can be handlebar or tank mounted.
My mic is not working :( how to fix
Double check that it's plugged in all the way, there's a little extra 'click' it has to go when plugged in. Check all wires in back. Try unpairing and re-pairing your phone.
Either i have sausage fingers or this is very fiddly and im not completely sure the padding is in the way it was
Bit late but... I found the side with the speaker to be really fiddly. Had to unclip the back and re-clip it from a different direction (if that makes sense).
Got mine before they had a distribution in the USA a few weeks ago.I seen a helmet holder in a shockwave I didn't get.just curious should a light be on when charging?Or should the device be on while charging so you can know what's going on with the charging?I didn't receive any manual.
Device should be off, light will come on during charging. Be sure to use cable that came with it.
When you place the pads back in, especially with the chin curtain, do you notice its not as snug of a fit as when you first got the helmet? Mine seems to come out much easier, and I need to adjust the curtain every time I take the helmet off.
Nope. Mine is just as snug. Even with the cord underneath it's never popped back out or even been loose. Not even after riding 100mph for hours on the highway. I would check to make sure you have it going back in the right slot in the cheek. There's a second little channel the tabs could slip into and it won't hold. Make sure it's in the tightest slot. If that doesn't help, I'd contact Ruroc. Lot of money to spend on a helmet. If something isn't right, make them fix it! Annoy their customer service til they make it right.
A plastic clip broke off mine when removing the liner idk why this doesn't come pre installed
