Aloha, I’m still patiently waiting for my 4.0 Liquid Carbon and Shockwave. I ride both Harley Davidson and Sport Bikes, definitely looking forward to riding all over my Big Island! Just wish I ordered a Chrome visor and pin lock with my order. I’ll post some pictures and videos on my IG and tag you in it! 🤙🏽

Hi, I had some issues with my Ruroc 4.0, it had to go back for repair before it was even used! I did as you suggested, removed some of the foam in the cheek pads and was clearly told by Ruroc that they do NOT recommend the foam being removed as it comprises the helmet! I had to buy a new set of chin pads! I personally I am not blown away by this helmet, the manufacturing is poor, the edging came away, the poppers broke and the chin guard came out!
MOTOBLADE is sponsored by them so it's a biased review. Ruroc is very hit and miss. I know people who've had nothing but good luck and some with nothing but bad luck. Hope the company pulls their heads out soon or they wont survive.

I would really like to know how comfortable it is with prescription glasses
I wear it with my prescription glasses that I have to wear all day long. No pain or pressure points on my ears. In fact, if ANYTHING, I have to occasionally lift my visor to push my glasses back up my nose because there's no pressure at the top of my ears to "pinch" them. Hope that helps!

Just bought the carbon raw today.. should be a huge upgrade from my 2.0
Tell us about the wind when riding with no windscreen... I have a constant 10 mph breeze right at my eyeballs, closing the 2 vents doesn't help. Is something wrong?
I haven't experienced this. Double check the visor mounts are screwed in correctly on the sides. Otherwise you might want to contact Ruroc, that doesn't sound right.
@@MOTOBLADE that was it, the left side wasn't holding correctly, thanks! Love the helmet now, just did 50 miles which would have been miserable without your help.
Pair it with Enginehawk jacket and your lookin fresh AF Boi! Shockwave is plenty loud but doesn't sound as good when cranked and lacks bass, it gets the job done though. I would definitely upgrade the speakers if they released ones with more bass.
Bass always seems to be the problem with every headset I've tried. Which is why I love having a bike with a sound system. Bass is loud enough that everyone within 300 feet can appreciate my superior taste in music 🤣🤣

There seems to have been a lot of negative feedback from channels I respect. I would have to have one in hand to try for myself. I also have doubts that the largest helmet would fit me, most don't.
Check their sizing guide on their website carefully. They offer a refund/exchange so you could order it and try it on for yourself. I did size mine up one step since I was so close to the next sizing step up.

it is only the most comfortable helmet if your melon matches the shell shape/design. The most comfortable helmet in my opinion (and costs less) is the Scorpion R1.
How do find operating the shockwave while riding. I've heard some negative reviews because it's at the rear of the helmet

Seriously though, I paid almost $500 for the thing. You obviously haven't seen my other helmet reviews where I'm critical on stuff. If I don't like it, I tell you guys. Wouldn't want you to waste money on a product I don't 100% like and use myself. Sorry my review wasn't up to your standards ✌
