I bought my first of the re-introduced Challengers in 2009, and believe it or not, it seemed that everybody hated them. I heard, "Ugly", "Fat" "Boat" "Yacht" "Pig" "Slow" "Outdated" and people even laughed at it. Not just the Mustang and Camaro people either. Over the years, I continued hearing all the negative crap about them. Now, seems like SO MANY people love them and are buying them and now that they are going away, people are getting stupid about them. That being said Jeremy, you got a beautiful ride there, take care of it, be safe, don't F' Up a $65,000 car by showing off for others, and for God's sake, be cautious out there. People are getting their Scats and Hellcats stolen at gunpoint, and it's not going to get any better when the last one rolls off the assembly line. Enjoy!
Last September I sold my 2014 srt8 392 manual transmission with 21,333 $. I bought it in June 2016 two years stuck in dealer yard with 38,666.
When I rode in this car for the first time I was a kid back in 2008/9 I had NEVER seen anything like it and I LOVED IT THEN! Now as an adult I’m on my second one these are beautiful cars
I special ordered a white Scat Widebody shaker with an M6, surprisingly capable car. SO, much fun to drive down canyons and up mountain passes.
seriously tho, people shit on them and yea they're heavy but they're solid fucking cars and they do really well for what they are.
$65,000 for Scatpack is insane… but that thing is beautiful

I have a narrow body 16 6 speed manual paid 35k 64,000 miles.
You got a six speed for 35,000 with 64,000 miles on it. If it was an automatic I’d be a little happier with that situation. Gouging everybody on these prices it’s awful. I sold my scatty with the purpose of getting a hellcat and now it looks like I’m screwed.
I paid 40,000 for my brand new 2019 with only 4 miles on it. After taxes tags and extended warranty for the motor my total was 44,000. I got an $1800 check in the mail 4 months after I sold the car from the extended warranty for the engine. I sold the car with 9000 miles on it for 40,000+ the 1800 I received in the check so almost 42,000. They sold it for more used than I paid brand-new. They sold it for 46,000

You got same options package I got on my 2021 charger WBSP. The red guts with white looks great

Nice ride dude. I picked up my custom ordered 2022 R/T a couple months ago and love it. Although, I kinda wish I had ordered the Scat.
Honestly, I drove a 345 a few weeks ago and as far as being fun to drive, the 345 R/T is just as much fun to drive around in. Unless you are racing, the normal R/T is fine IMHO.

I got a 2018 r/t i love it bought it brand new i put the 2019 hood on it looks bad 2 the bone only 8000 miles on it not a daily. I waited 40 years 2 get this 1 i use 2 hav 1972 challenger with a 340-4 speed .
Beautiful car, optioned out very well👍. I bought a '23 narrow body in White Knuckle, couldn't swing the $66K they wanted for a wide body for what will be my weekend toy. Yours makes me wish I hadn't "cheaped out", but they ain't making them no more😢. Enjoy it!!

Awesome ride. I had mine the end of last year. The exact same package & mostly same options :) + Harman/Kardon Sound Group - (no) PERFORMANCE SPOILER ). Mine is Go Mango ! .. I'm not into aftermarket options myself but looking forward to see what you are going to add.
Q - I still have the yellow splitter guard trend. Should I remove it? I kinda like it
Thank you, I really appreciate it! Congratulations on your purchase! The dealership was supposed to remove the splitter guard as part of the pre-delivery inspection process, but it’s your vehicle and you can leave it on if you want to.

....Nice car👍!...... Waiting for my 2023 white ScatPack Widebody Shaker currently. Still can't believe that you can't order red calipers for 2023 😭! Did they ever actually implement the Security mode to the Valet mode, that makes it unable to go faster than a few mph, unless the code is punched in?

I wasn’t aware that red brake calipers weren’t an option on the 2023 models. I’ve been curious about the pricing and options on the 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Packs, but the information isn’t available on Dodge’s website yet. I’m not sure if the security upgrade has been implemented, but it’s something that I’ll probably look into.
@@JeremyJOH ..... Yes, there's no option to get colored calipers on the Widebody ScatPack.... Unfortunately. The 2023's are pretty similar, package wise. Some things you have to option out and some packages are mixed together. But, for the most part, they're the same! You can Google it, I believe they came out with 3 new security things on the 2022 and will be making them available for a few of the older models.
Obviously the price depends on the options, I got the 2022 widebody challenger scat with less options and paid $55,000, obviously still expensive but if you think that’s high wait until next year.
I can only imagine the markup’s on the 2023’s. 🫠

And the scoops are for air not heat release you have that all wrong definitely for air to the intake only doesn’t let any heat out what so ever
The front air scoop is definitely for air to be introduced into the engine bay, but the two vents to the side are ‘heat extractors’ for the heat to escape the engine bay.
Trade that in and get the 2023 trust me your pissing in the wind with a 2022 not the one u want grab the 2023
Huh? They are the exact same cars unless you get a special edition ie: graphics package
Nothing will change for 2023 except fewer people will be getting one and they will be marked up sky high.
