What made him different from other power backs is he never slowed down. That guy hit full speed and defenders were going to pay!!
That's the only time Ronnie Lott ever got trucked. Singletary and Taylor never got trucked. All 3 of them did the trucking. I was heavily surprised to see Lott get it.

As a cowboys fan i gotta say that i give brandon jacobs alot of credit. Dude was an absolute beast and hated to play him 2 times a year. Alot of people dont know just how freakin big and tall he was too

Crazy thing about the Marshawn run at 4:35 is how much blocking #83 did for him. He had 3 significant touches on defenders that gave Lynch the space to finish that run out. Never noticed it before but it was a damn good hustle on his part to make the play happen

Always nice to see Brandon Jacobs shine. He has a nice legacy under his belt but no one really talked about him after he left the Giants. Seems like if you don't retire in your prime a running back, those later years dull everything afterward.
No, what hurts him the most is that he didn't make any pro-bowls nor earn any all-pros. With so many players coming in all the time and RBs being a dime a dozen execept the really special ones, as time passes by those are what most fans remember players by, especially the casuals. He probably won't make the Hall of Fame either. I'm a Giants fan so this is painful to say, but facts are facts. We definitely appreciate what he brought to the table, though.

'I think it was madden 07 where they had the truck stick. My best friend would pick the giants and Jacobs would run someone over nearly every play. Shit was annoying because he could even run over linebackers.
His nastiest truck was when he ran over Charles Woodson in a playoff game though.
