Is there a way to can the sauce in a water bath canner? I don't have any electricity to run a roaster.
@karenheider4138 I don't see why not, just use low heat.
How long would these be shelf stable?
@@KillerSmurfy as this is not an approved recipe, I would probably go with 18 months. That is how long the lids say they are good for.
