Alison, I've watched over 200 tutorials. Yours is just the best. Your voice and beautiful accent, make the tutorials feel like a meditation class. Have made 3 of your blankets, for my friends and they are so delighted and I so enjoy making them. I've never found crocheting so easy since watching your videos.

Thanks Alison, I'm makin' a sampler of random sized & shaped blocks. It will even have a randomly shaped perimeter. I 1st started making whimsically random and inspired patches, & every now and then, when I have a little trouble puzzling them together, I either stop trying to puzzle them together and make some more random pieces or, I will make a piece that fits in between what I've already made. There is no thought, there is no planning, And it is fun figuring where the pieces will fit. I'm just going on, I guess, creative instinct as well as whim.

Very good teached. Everything is explAined in simple terms. You make it sound so easy meaning you will have made a beautiful item that others are going to be jealous of because it looks so civic and they will think your so clever. love the accent. I'm Irish but my accent only comes out when I'm shouting at the kids.

Doing a cowl with the Sea Waves pattern and it looks really good. I am using a hook a size bigger for a looser look and feel to the cowl, I'm also dong 3dc instead of the 2dc for the Wave, it makes it look a wee bit bigger and looks like a wave on the rows. Also, in my patterns I usually do my first row into the bump on the back of the chain as I like the finished look it leaves on my projects. Again Alison many thanks for another fab design..
