Butter cake
20x20 cm
Unsalted butter 220g
Sugar 170g
Salt 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp (or vanilla paste 1/2 tsp)
Eggs 3
Cake flour 240g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Sour cream 180g (or plain yogurt)
Please prepare ✔️
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Line the pan with parchment paper, for easy removal.
All ingredients are prepared at room temperature.
1. First, melt the butter in the microwave. (About for 1 minute.)
2. Add sugar to butter and mix thoroughly. Then add the vanilla extract and salt and mix.
3. Add room temperature eggs one by one. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and soft.
4. Sift the rest of the dry ingredients and add to the batter. Then add sour cream and mix.
5. Pour all the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle sugar on top (optional).
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.

근데 너무 물기가 없이 뻑뻑한 그릭요거트라면 약간 우유를 더해줘서 부드럽게 만들어주신다음 넣어주시는게 좋을 것 같아요 🤗

안녕하세요^^ 저는 랩으로 밀봉한 다음 실온에서 2일정도 놔둬서 먹었구요,
오래 보관하고 싶으시다면 작게 소분하셔서 밀봉 잘 하신 다음 냉동보관도 가능하답니다^^

Made this yesterday, but unsuccessful...cake didn't rise...the whole cake like hard pudding...surely old n liquid separated..how to avoid...cake batter without beating eggs and oil to soft and fluffy, can they rise properly?
