    Ingredients:
    2 pounds Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into 1 inch chunks
    3⁄4 cup Orange juice
    1 Tbsp Orange zest
    1⁄4 cup Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol
    1⁄4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
    4 Tbsp Cornstarch, divided
    1 Tbsp Less sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp Jarred minced garlic
    1 tsp Minced ginger
    1 tsp Sesame oil
    1⁄4 tsp Red pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp Water
    1 medium bunch(green onions) Scallions, chopped
    First, dice your chicken into 1 inch chunks. Zest and juice your oranges. Add in the orange juice, orange zest, sweeteners, 2 Tbsp cornstarch, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes to your slow cooker and whisk well. Add in chicken and stir. Cook on low for 3-31/2 hours or until your chicken has reached an internal temp of 165F. Mix water and remaining cornstarch together and add to slow cooker with most of green onions(reserve some for garnish). Stir in and cook an additional 30 minutes on high.
