- This video tutorial I am sharing with you today is super easy to make. Also, the size can be easy to increase or decrease.. as I mentioned in the video, after you sew and inside out the basket and iron if you don't want to fold the 4 top sides down then you go and topstitch all around the top and you are done.. But if you want to fold the top 4 sides down then skip the topstitch and wait until this time after you folded the 4 sides down then topstitch the 4 sides as shown in the video

I really appreciate that you show us how to make a pattern! That is so helpful. Many craft channels recently have started directing people to an etsy store where we have to buy the pattern, or watch the video 10 times in a row to try to get the details. I think if the actual sewing is not the simple straight sewing, it is quite helpful to watch you sew. An example if that may be putting in a zipper (my nemesis in sewing). If there is a join or juncture in the pattern it is beneficial to see how you manage that tricky area. We can slow the video down and watch it step-by-step.

I love the simplicity of this pattern! I typically use freezer paper for my quilting, as it sticks to the fabric for cutting out and peels easily. I will try you pattern with freezer oaper. Your instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Thank you!

I have experience sewing, and I still like seeing one or two sides sewn on the machine. Also, you remind us that you have new viewers all the time, so they may like to see exactly how you sew from beginning to end for at least one side. It is hard to see the end points of your seam when you are quickly showing the four sides. Just a suggestion. Thanks for your videos. They have provided me a lot of inspiration over the past couple of years.❤

I just found your channel and subscribed. I like watching you sew and I’m experienced. You never stop learning always learn new tricks. It would be good to explain if you get ruffles or how to stop them, you know if the material kind of bunches up sometimes. I normally sew straight so a project like this will help challenge me. The only thing I would suggest is to put an old piece of muslin over the top of the Pelon as I’ve ironed mine onto the iron. Much easier to do this than clean the iron….Thank you

Even though I have been sewing since I was 8 an now 55, I appreciate at least a short view of you sewing as someone else watching may be new and not know how to hold the fabric etc. so you want to cover all of your audience just in case. Maybe turn the music down some so when you stop talking it isn’t too loud for me I keep the volume up to hear speaking. 😊 luv your videos!
