It's true..nothing can defeat this concept..if ur meals are colourful,healthy,fresh..it's enough..nothing can attack us..we get strong body and then strong mind too..let's have a change for good in our diet and in our decisions for good also..luv this concept..just close ur eyes and think of gud amount of colourful ingredients and u r eating that and then they are absorbing into ur body with which ur body is energized and getting healthier...wow..I really satisfy by just looking a gud healthy meals in my plate..u will never go for junk and unhealthy diet..thanks a lot for this video..

Why do people neglect white? Onions and mushroom are literally the easiest things to add into any recipe. I hardly ever cook a dinner that doesn't have at least one of them

I guess My diet is western based, but I do try my best not to eat processed foods, canned goods, a none the less what I hate the most is frozen foods and prepackaged frozen fruits and veggies. Also, given my Hispanic background, I do incorporate a lot of ginger, garlic, onions, squashes, pumpkins, tropical fruits, etc....

School comes in exactly 2 weeks in my country and I need to lose weight. Do you think doing what you said it's better than eating just a fruit, a yogurt and a salad/vegan wrap/cereal bar is better? I want lose weight faster.
I know its recommended to eat many portions of different fruits/vegetables instead of eating multiple portions of the same fruit/veg but is it okay to eat the same fruit/veg every day? Because my favourite vegetables are bell peppers, cucumber, onions and carrots and there's rarely a day that I dont eat them. Same with peaches in summer. I add in other fruits and veggies too but they're my basic staples.

Well im 12 and still in school. So in school they dont serve us the proper food we need such as the Rainbow method. And when we get home its usually quick food like noodles and frozen pizzas. So how could i still incorporate the Rainbow into my diet when i have such a busy schedule?

Off late, no matter how much I eat, even to the extent that my stomach feels like it is going to burst, I feel very hungry and eat constantly. This has lead to a lot of weight gain in a short span of time. No matter how much of a physical exercise I do, it doesn't seem to be enough....please help me. I feel very desperate because of it
