And last question 😁- i've been doing the exercises for about a week now, but i don't see much of a difference. Just to know, how long do we have to do these exercises to see results? Subscribed! 👍
Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't know about your foot since I can't evaluate you. As far as how long it takes to see results, it's different for everyone depending on what your diagnosis is, how long you've had it, and how your body reacts. If you've had it for a long time, it could take months of consistent treatment before seeing results.
Are there any tips that can be done while in class or suggestions on the types of shoes to avoid to help build strength in the ankles. THANKS
In how many days can I start seeing results?

Hi Doctor Joe is it safe to do these stretches with artificial hip joints? Are there safe alternatives? I'm 8 weeks post op but previous knee vulga got worse after operation. Had double hip replacement. Thanks
That's still pretty early in your recovery. You will need to ask your doctor or physical therapist if they are okay to do, and if you are cleared of your precautions yet. Unfortunately, I don't know since I can't evaluate you.
Make or recommend me the best exercise video on treatment of carrying angle Mam????
Hello, I accidentally pushed my knee inwards. It was extremely painful. I had to push it back into place by pushing behind my knee. Can you tell me what I can do to avoid this happening again. Thankyou

Demonstrations exercise were great but your subtitle was blocking .
Sometimes they get turned on randomly. You can easily turn them off by hitting the "CC" button at the bottom of the video. You can also make them transparent if you'd like to keep them on. I show how to do all that and more in this video: ruclips.net/video/VatNBZh66Po/видео.html
Ok it's my time to start grinding this
