This is FWD car so the only thing he could do is floor the throttle pedal and stabilize the car with steering wheel.

Doug W it's an incredibly difficult turn, turn one at brands hatch drops significantly as you turn right, it also slopes off to the left so there is an adverse camber too... These are also converted road cars so they are extremely light on the rear end... I was at this race weekend, some crazy crashes on that turn.
It could be difficultt turn but pendulum swing with FWD car is sign of bad driving skills . Not to mention that he hit faster driver in a corner. I do amateur racing and my previous car was tail happy FWD. It takes some time to learn what input cars need to prevent pendulum swing. He was just lucky to keep it on road after he failed to prevent this situation. If he had experience, he would save it in first swing. This is interesting to watch but no skill involved durring this.
