Hey Bill thanks for the shout out by the way! Means a bunch! You need to have a contest for your subscribers with the winner is able to work with you on a project! Think about it.... Sign me up!
Hi Aaron, glad to do the shoutout to you. You earned it 😃
I've thought about something similar, but the logistics are complicated. Keep thinking; maybe we can devise an idea of what to do.
Thanks, buddy. -Bill
@@billburkhart when you get moment, list the hindrances for not being able to do it so I can think on it. I thought of it because I would be interested in doing something like that, come out and work on a project, learn, observe, be able to ask questions, etc. and I am not a serious outside person, so could imagine those that are in your over 10k subscribers!
@aaronburford5701, would you be willing to come this way? It would be difficult to pay your expenses as the channel only pays me $40 monthly?
That was the major obstacle. Just the expense, either coming or going.
It's intriguing; let me sleep on it for a few days.-Bill
@@billburkhart never been to Iowa, but I think I would for the experience. If you have people that enjoy your channel and content like I do, they would do a "men's trip" for the experience. Sleep on it we can discuss further!
Ryan from Missouri here. I would like to hear more about the future of your pond. I think many of us face similar issues and like to see what does and doesn’t work for others.
Hi Ryan, I'll do another video on the pond this summer. I'm hoping I can share what I’m doing. Thanks so much for letting me know you’re interested in the pond. Stay in touch. -Bill
Sounds like you are very satisfied with your grapple. Too bad EA ran into difficulties. Have a great summer Bill! Stay safe!
Michael, You have a safe Summer, too. -Bill
Hi Bill, Dan from Illinois. Glad to see you were able to get probably one of the last grapples from EA. They built bulletproof equipment for a very fare price. Sadly I believe that wat their downfall. I think they overbuilt and under priced their products. Great for the customers but not good for the company. Maybe someone will buy it up and start producing high quality implements again. I just retired and have 9 acers of woods in Tennessee that my wife and I will be moving to by the end of the year. I am a bit sad as I had my eye on an EA grapple.
hello Dan, congratulations on your retirement!!! Hoping Tennessee meets all your expectations and provides you with a happy retirement. -Bill
Hi Bill ! Super nice to see you have uploaded a new video. That looks like a beast of a grapple, no short cuts on the construction. Quality for sure. All those teeth will grab like a crocodile . Keep the videos coming. Have a great day and keep it safe 👍
Hey Gary, so good to hear from you. Yeah, I agree the grapple is a beast. I am looking forward to using it more and making more videos with it. Thanks for touching base and saying hello again. Sure, I appreciate it. -Bill

Hey Bill! Watching from Helena, Ohio, too bad they went out of business! It appears to have some good engineering behind it compared to others I've seen. Love your videos!
Hey Drew, I was just in your neighborhood, watching the Eclipse a short while ago. Hope you got to see it.
Thanks for taking the time to come and stay in touch.- Bill
I am glad you got it now lots of uses
Thanks Mark! -Bill
Hello Bill, This looks like a really well built grapple. I am sorry to hear about the company's troubles. I hope they get things sorted out and are back in business soon. Hope you and your family are having a great weekend. Ben from Nova Scotia.
Hello Ben, I'm on an airplane right now heading for Alberta to see the Rockies in your country.
I also hope someone picks up their designs and starts mfg them. Thanks for taking time to say hello. -Bill
Too bad they went out of business. Looks like a very nice grapple.
they really set the bars as far as quality goes. I hope somebody takes over their designs in the future. -Bill
Nice tractor great looking grapple. In still have my brush crusher and it works fine. If I had a third function a hydraulic grapple would be nice to have.
Hi Richard
I also like the brush crusher, but I had the chance to get a hydraulic one, so I went for it. Thanks for staying in touch. -Bill
Enjoyed your video! One thing I would recommend is a 511 design grill guard. They are awesome!! Dave from Adrian mn
Hi Dave, your comment about the grill guard is duly noted! Thank you. -Bill

Hi Jon, You'll enjoy the learning curve and what the grapple can do for you. Thanks for saying hello, neighbor -Bill

You got the Best Voice on RUclips!
Thank you my friend -Bill
Question: Favorite and least favorite equipment to use and why. Least favorite projects and favorite and why?
@@aaronburford5701
Aaron, my favorite project is landscaping, specificlly putting in new yards. So that leads me to my favorite implement. That would be the pulverizer, 3 tools in one. I'll explain further in my next video. -Bill
@@billburkhart thank you for being honest and answering. I asked another RUclipsr the same, and I got a snarky remark back. I just wanted to know your preferences....
You're welcome, buddy.
Bill, this is Michael from Missouri, I noticed that you are using a rear remote to run the grapple, is there a reason that you didn't add a third function kit? I added one to my Kubota L3901 when I got my grapple. I was wondering what the weight of the grapple is?
Sorry to hear that your pound is leaking, would like to see what you have to do to fix it. I had watched the videos that you did before on the pound.
As always, I enjoyed the video.
Hi Michael, it was good to hear from you again.…my grapple weighs 349 pounds. I didn’t put a third function control on it because I didn’t want to spend any more money at this time, maybe someday, but the extension hoses are working very well for what I want to do.
Good to hear from you. Thanks for staying in touch -Bill
Hi Bill just wondering why this unit over the Brush crusher that doesn't need hydraulics. Thanks Bill
Hi Bill, my first thought is the ability to grab logs from any angle. 2nd thought is the ability to lower the lower jaw entirely so everything falls off. Both grapples have their place. Hope this answered your question. -Bill
