I have an Ipad with the same problem, I have this annoying grey bar at the bottom of my screen in which bleeds (as where you can see apps if they have been on the screen for too long without moving)

I fixed this problem by doing this before watching your video but whenever my phone is charged up again or I power off or even switch off my iPhone, it starts glitching on the screen as if there is a crack in the inside with lines? Not sure how to explain.

Your display is going bad due to dropping your iPhone, need a new replacement screen.

Im too scared to confront my parents. I checked for water damage but there was literally no sign of water damage. I maybe dropped it once or twice but it wasn't a bad fall. I tried to screenshot and the inside of my phone is fine but the screen seems to be having the lines. Pls help
Yeah, dropping the iPhone will caused this issue. Most likely you will need to replace with a new display.
I showed my dad and he said it might be because of the screen i think so too cause when i press the screen real hard it glitches more

I have the same issue, holding it in your palm for a while reduces it or just play some games like pubg to to make it heat and voila the flickering is gone, but temporarily.

Mostly a display unless your mainboard is water damaged or ribbon cable problem.

Make sure the flex cable for your LCD display has good connection with the IC board, or your last fix is to replace with a new LCD display panel.
