One thing that might work to help with stitch lines is to use a leather stitch wheel to mark the spacing. Ive "faked" stitching on foam before using that method. Just got my costume and will be using this guide to make my own belt soon.

3D Printed Props maybe the rockets for the boots would be cool. I'll admit if you get led setup in there to mimic the thrust that would be incredible haha

Great job man! Where did you get the shirt from? I got a pretty accurate one from amazon but the material didn’t stretch at all and their largest size was too snug.

Hello. It's just called Rust-Oleum hammered Steele. They make a hammered look spray.

It really depends. I just uploaded a 11x17 template which is the size I think I used for myself. I'd start with that and then scale it to fit.
