I would never have thought to make these panels into a throw pillow AND bedazzle them! 😍😍😍 absolutely brilliant idea and execution!!! I want to make one 'cause I'm rather envious of the result. There isn't enough campy-kitschy stuff that just makes us happy in our homes and lives 😊 the fringe and glitter paint totally make the cushion ❤

Hey Angela, I live in France and I make that type of pillow case all the time and I find that for pillows to stay in the pillow case and not pull open the overlap needs to be quite a bit larger. I make at least a 3 inch overlap. putting the pillows in is a bit more work but it's worth it for how neat the pillow is in the case :)

Angela, my kind of lady, the galant Beagle pillows are just way too cute. Can't help but notice your very pretty lime green nail polish, always so meticulously manicured. I always wanted to learn how to do the beading done in all the Chanel couture garments, sure it has a special name, but those garments are just so so very nice. Thank you so much for sharing.
I enjoyed this video so much. It reminds me of the time I made a King George III costume for my teenage son. I spent an embarrassing amount of time on it because I got caught up in all the fun detailes -like the medals and all the gold embroidery.
I noticed when you were machine sewing the pins you set to the side were rolling a bit and it looked like one had fallen into a crack. Those magnetic bowls people use for screws work really well for pins. Love the pillows!
