Idea came from sukidashi small side dishes in Japanese course meals Corn cheese originated in Busan Korea (any fish place they'll serve this as banchan) along with bars then got popularized. Can be found in any Korean bar in LA and some even in just asian dive bars Corn and mozzarella (plus spam) were pretty common items that was received from the US Soldiers during/after the Korean war
I KNEW IT!! And fried mozz dipped in condense milk!! Koreans loooove cheese. I've watched videos of cheesey corn dogs, cheese covered ribs, cheese fried rice, cheese over Tteokbokki, and in instant noodles or Armi stew.
Corn and cheese is very typically Korean
As far as I am concern. Corn Cheese is an Asian food. We have it here in the Philippines and I tasted the Malaysian version too.

There's only 14 countries....
Corn cheese? I am making that.
Korea also love mozz and condense milk
fantastic Recipes 😍😍😋😋
Nice
Bun= tortilla, injera= tortilla, tortilla = tortilla ....Not everything is like a damn tortilla guy!
Also the constant "hey that's not traditional korean" gets annoying. FYI not all cuisines are static
Any reason why the guy has the tap running and overflowing?
Keep things cool enough while he works. Those burners are like volcanos!
But why is the tap running
Helps cool down the stove top. Cooking with a wok requires high heat open flame.
This food looks great
😋😋🤤🤤😍😍😍
i dont think traditonal flavous of korean culture include cheese
They know they were being extremely sarcastic lol 💀🤦♀️
