Well said - there's no such thing as Thai Chicken Satay - you'll only really find Moo in Thailand, i.e. pork 'satay' skewers.
Chicken Satay is Malaysian/Indonesian, so when the chef says its authentic I don't know of what he speaks!

Lived in Thailand 15 years they say Thai food is good for you but they love sugar in there food lol
That much safrron she added for that barely one spoon over the spicy fish dish, for what. That saffron is 100% fake so she added that much. It's as much valuable as half of the cost of entire other stuff.
No such things as "authentic Thai satay." Satay is a Malay/Indonesian dish.
