For a digger thats approximately 33 years old, that old beast looks like its in pretty good condition regardless of how badly the chassis broke... Now, while they swapped out the chassis for one thats not broken, I seriously wonder if they're crazy enough to try restoring that broken chassis and if they do, I would love to see how they do it
@@gustavosalvatierra6511 I hope not! The diggers I have used and are familiar with use shaped and welded plate or square tubing, making anything out of cast iron on a digger is a fast recipe for failure!
The way that chassis was unbelievable bent and broken, you would have to drop it from some height to accomplish that damage. And it looked like it hit mainly on one side as well. Never cease to amaze me to what they manage to break...
Seeing these kids in the video reminds me of working in my father's auto garage in the early sixties, starting when I was twelve years old cleaning grimy parts. My hands and nails looked terrible. I tried to hide them when I was in school classroom. But, I did learn enough to repair my own cars when I became an adult.
I just cant fell sorry for them. Working in a swamp, mud coating important precision parts. When is pavement of some type going to be a standard. The workers are very skilled and should be working in much better conditions.
NO...but i do have a friend who recognised his Toyota Hilux that was stolen from his driveway in Sydney fitted with a russian machine gun on the back in Afghanistan.....they did not paint over his company logo properly which was on both front doors and tailgate....No Shit!
It looks like they bolted the chassis flange up into some sort of a roller bearing on the bottom of the excavator. Hopefully they greased it….. but with all the mud everywhere..??
ANOTHER MACHINE THRASHED TO DEATH AND WITHIN AN INCH OF ITS LIFE OFTEN OVERLOADED AND OFTEN REPAIRED TO LIVE A FEW MORE YEARS, IF MACHINES COULD TALK THERE WOULD BE MANY HORROR STORIES.
But if specs say max 5 tons, than it can lift easily 5 x more😂 and than complain that everything breaks down😂😂😂. Also the trucks, they have at least 5 tonnes extra weight on them with al these decorations welded to it. And than overload them by 5x and than finding it strange it breaks down so often😂 and if repaired in the sand of mud welding rusty metal hoping it breaks soon so they can repar it again, and again ,and again …you get my drift😂😂😂😂
These machines are real heroes since they still work, considering how badly these guys treat and use them.

Si lo arreglaran eso no hay duda y no me extraña que hagan un molde de barro y fundan artesanalmente varios chasis con hierro fundido

About 0 suspension, so drop it from a few meters and all the damage will be absorbed in the weakest points at the undercarriage.
man im sure glad you pointed out the breaks as im sure all the folks that clicked on a video about broken track-hoe under-carrages were lost there

Они с трамплинов на эксковаторах прыгают? Откуда такие повреждения?

0:38 it’s a good job that arrow pointed out the massive crack otherwise I’d never have noticed it.
I'm convinced this entire Nation does not have any air tools or ratchet wrenches. They do remarkable work with nothing for tools.
Yes sir they could rebuild a 3408 Cat motor with a Crescent wrench sitting in the dirt !!🤔
@@Ray69Smith. And it would run fine. For a month.
No floors either, inside every building is just a dirt.
@@newsweathertraffic18 Not only that, they work on the floor. Rarely do you see a work bench.
To repair it is hard. But to brake it, is impossible.
I am amazed how these people can work mechanics on the ground.
Pakistanis can break even the toughest steel.
I like the part where they pack the mud into the rollers before mounting the steel treads back on.
That's for longevity of operation lol😃
From 2.43 to 2.46 the redbull of Pakistan and Afghanistan.. if you dont know.. its *naswar*.
Has anyone ever seen their stolen equipment being repaired over in these country’s 🤔🤔🤔🤔 just saying

Вообще то я ждал что они это заварят и усилят. 🤷
Anyone notice the leaning tower in the background! 😮
be on site next week good as new?
하타치 포클레인에다 고장이 나니까 가또 크레인에다 온통 일제가 판을 치는구나

How does a catastrophic structural failure even happen like that!?!…that’s unbelievable!..🤦🏻♂️

Sangat di sayangkan minimnya perawatan alat berat menjadi rusak
They talk funny overthere 😂
I feel sorry for the poor machine. How was work
To death
No wonder everything breaks - they beast everything well beyond the design limits. Not impressed.
Техника безопасности 😂😂😂

Very unsafe patani worker,no helmet,no safetyboots,no handgloves😢

WTF; What happened to the restoration?
i'll bet that crane operator has seen some very sketchy shit.
Усталость металла
Not the best working condition…
😂😂😂😂 china met

Unbelievable Hitachi made such bad stuff, they have good reputatio??
Unbelievable it lasted so long with those monkeys operating it...strike that last bit...sitting pulling levers... They smash everything over there.
Not quality steel
So much to learn ,amazing experience!!!!!love it!!!,🔴🤫🫢
The video title is misled. It's more exchanging chasis rather than repairing and restoring chasis.
When your car is repaired at a shop do they put new parts or do they repurpose the old failed part?
@@kode4420depends on what failed.

Surprised they didn't weld 'er up.
That's the next video
Everything is bent, when dropped from nuff height, you'd basically have to weld a complete new undercarriage, even too much work for these guys.
I thought they were going to have the guy that welds the truck axles weld it!
How primitive
So disappointed that they used the crane. They could have called some friends and do it by hand.
How in God's name did they break it like that? That poor machine must have some crazy hard hours on it.
Where is the repairing of the chassis?😂
That sort of damage did not happen overnight , it could have repaired / prevented by regular maintenance
The stuff they manage to break is unbelievable.
The stuff they manage to repair is diabolical.
The rigging inspector has left the building
No work boots watch out toes 😮
Childlabor
Just happened to have a spare frame lying around.
I love this channel I learn a lot
На свалку .. однозначно .
Use steel plates for safety lifting ..
Very good video
Like all vids from pakistan; there is no way other than to do it in the sand😂😂😂😂
Wearing dresses and flip flops as well.
Yep...they use human faeces to wash their hand in ...
Weld back the old one and standby for the next replacement....😢😢😅
