How to use the ZTUZAUTO wireless Android Auto ? Stey by Step

ZTUZAUTO Wireless Android Auto Connection :
Step1: Click the "Bluetooth" icon in our menu interface .
Step2: Enter the phone'settings and turn on the Bluetooth
Step 3: Search our Bluetooth, click to connect
Step 4: Allow the Bluetooth pairing request
Step 5: Automatically switch to Android Auto after a successful connection

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. No matter what I do, the Samsung S23 Android phone cannot be connected. The iPhone will connect, but I need Android primarily. But what about that? We are trying to contact the manufacturer, but he is not communicating yet. Hopefully that will change.
If anyone knows how to set up the Samsung S23 Android Auto connection, I would appreciate it.
