Hello, I have a 1921 Morgan dollar and there’s definitely a mint error… It looks like an S like a Ying yang. Goes from the top of the coin to the bottom… The T is on top of it the W from we is on top of it. Also the O is on top of it.
The weird part it looks like the line goes through the eagle.
my grandfather gave me one of these coins I don’t know much about them but mine looks in pretty good condition

I know nothing about coins however my grandmother left me this coin and it looks like on the heads side her eye isn't struck well and there is some rainbow toning around the edges....🤔

Great info as usual. I just seem to not be able to grasp some aspects of Coing grading. I am well educated and versed w/ Sports Cards and grading however example the 1921 D MS-67 grade with toning?? I get the beautiful toning but I just dont get how that gets a grade of 67? I have seen others that are much more prominent in the strike and overall appearance (without marks/scratches ect..) IDK guess its lack of knowledge but im not blind either. Lol
Hey Couch i have a 1 ounce silver round have they ever had rotation errors on them
I'd guess plenty of the generic silver rounds have errors. They are made just for the silver content and the quality control is not up to the US Mint standards. With that said it's worth the price of the silver.

Usually, if they’ve been hung on a chain by means of putting a hole through the coin, they’re only worth the weight of silver. If it’s laid into a holder, usually the metal clips affect the aging of the coin and market down at its value. Unless you have something really special with some kind of error, they’re not worth that much not super valuable.

Does anyone know what it means if your 1921 silver dollar coin doesn't have a mint mark?
It just means it’s un-minted. Which can change the value of your coin depending on its quality. “Unminted,” coins in general are fairly common.

It means it is a 1921-p it was minted in Philadelphia, I think it was like the 1980 kennedy half dollar when they printed a P and they were not even printed on proofs of the morgan dollar proofs were not made in SF at that time. If you have not figured this out already.
