- Those who celebrate sexual immorality and defying God claim that I am the reason they're in Ferndale, CA. Okay, well then I'll go preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them... for about a minute and a half. At that point, I was assaulted and my microphone was broken. So how about reasoning with those I brought to town? Yes! Let's do that.

@@TyrelBramwell Well, that explains it. You were surrounded by angels fending off the 'flaming arrows' of Satan, as Luther/Scripture states. These are people headed to hell, i.e., 'off a cliff', and they don't even know it. Your witnessing is utterly compassionate and loving, warning them of eternal destruction. But they are like Genesis 19:11 says, "Then they [the angels] struck the men who were at the door of the house, young and old, with blindness so that they could not find the door." 'They know not what they are doing'. Indeed, this is exactly what God wants us to do: save the lost. Hebrews 9:27: "And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment."

It's amazing how we've seen blatant sin/immorality explode throughout the US society. 75-100 years ago, and more, this immorality would never have been tolerated. Even Ingrid Bergman was hounded out of the country for having an illicit affair and a child out of wedlock back in the min 20th century. Now, there's rampant, overt, accepted, encouraged sexual perversions everywhere, tolerated by society. Unbelievable.

@@TyrelBramwell My presumption is that over time, many centuries, the preaching of the Law has become diminished. Or at the very least the proper distinction of Law and Gospel is not preached. We in Western Civilization are so satiated with wealth, health, technology and decadence that we have no concern about the hereafter; i.e., we're so well-off now, we think we have nothing to worry about.

Perhaps, Pastor, as you have made clear the biblical position on what God has intended for our sexual behavior, and they won't listen, that you may consider "shaking the dust off your feet" with this one, or as St. Paul did, shake a garment at them and say "Your blood be upon your own heads!" You have proclaimed, and they have refused. You've fulfilled your commission here.
Long suffering is a skill we can learn. I’m studying. I can see you point on having done my duty. The other aspect of my engagement with the unbelievers in Ferndale is to show constant resistance to their evil because they are actively winning support from among my neighbors. When I engage with them like this I am thinking about them but also about my current and future neighbors, working to drive the darkness out of town.

I watched this the day it came out, but had to come back to comment what I just read from St. Augustine, talking about people that, if you ask them, will say they love truth, yet hate truth when it is spoken to them:
“Why does your man who preaches what is true become to them an enemy? … their love for truth takes the form that they love something else and want this object of their love to be the truth; and because they do not wished to be deceived, they do not wish to be persuaded that they are mistaken. And so they hate the truth for the sake of the object which they love instead of the truth.”
It's interesting because if you ask most of these people, have your read the Bible, they will say no. Here is something I say. If you never read a math book, can you say math is not true? How do you know if you never studied it? The same applies to , english, chemistry, biology. You accept them, have you studied them? So why having never studied the Bible do you say it's not true?

Wow thank you for bringing this to my attention. I also live in Missouri and I am LCMS. I can not beleive modern day pastors are putting up the word of god for sale but they are also selling woke lgbt merchendise? This makes me glad ive never been west of Utah. Seems no matter who you are the liberals will influence you if you live near enough of them. We are also praying for Tye to come home.

Here's an example of a Muscular Christian, a MAN of God, a Pastor with "brass" gonads. My hat's off to you, sir. For expert examples of Law and Gospel (but then sometimes Law, again, unfortunately) street-preaching, look-up Ray Comfort/Living Waters ministries. He records all of his encounters. There's a ton on YT. Practice makes perfect. Maybe a booth/table would have been a better set-up, with some "God and Sex" tracts (from Living Waters Ministries.) Just an opinion, to avoid physical injury via incitement. Well done!

If you were here to save souls, you might consider Romans 2, Paul in the Aeriopogous in Acts 17, but no. You preach there is no time for the Biblical approaches of patience and kindness that God uses for you. If you heeded God's word in its entirety instead of just the parts that get clickbait and sell merch, you might oh, become all things to all people that you might save some.

jesus is not the messiah jesus did not fufill the messianic prophecies the bible says the messiah will gather the exiles in deuteronomy 30:3 isaiah 11:11-12 jeremiah 30:3, 32:37 ezekiel 11:17, 36:24 the bible says the messiah will rebuild the temple in isaiah 2:2-3, 56:6-7, 60:7, 66:20 ezekiel 37:26-27 malachi 3:4 zechariah 14:20-21 the bible says when the messiah comes there will be world peace and a complete end to war in micah 4:1-4 hoseah 2:20 isaiah 2:1-4, 60:18 the bible says the messiah will bring universal knowledge of god in zechariah: 3:9 8:23, 14:9, 16 isaiah 45:23, 66:23; jeremiah 31:33 ezekiel 38:23; psalm 86:9 zephaniah 3:9. jesus didn't do any of these things, so jesus can't be the messiah.

Of course it is sin, but gay ppl can be saved. Salvation is not repenting of sins, since Christians sin all the time. Salvation is changing your mind about Who Jesus Christ is. John 6:47, John 16:8,9.
Now do another video at somewhere innocuous like a grocery store parking lot AND lead with a conversation about the resurrection rather than the Law and let's compare which one was more effective for advancing the Kingdom.

Chris, that would be the wrong way to approach things. The application of the Law and the Gospel is an art that depends upon where the hearer is. A hearer who does not think they are sinning needs to hear the Law. While on the other hand one who already knows they are sinning needs to hear the Gospel. So it's not a question of which is more effective for advancing the Kingdom. It's a question of which does the individual/group needs to hear at that moment in time.
@@TyrelBramwell first off, this is the second comment I've ever left on your channel, the other wasn't a comment, rather a question asking your counsel on a missionary situation.
Second, I'm offering you a critique, not a criticism. I hope you hear it as such.
Third, basis of my suggestion comes from the perspective of the first-century Church, and how evangelistic conversations started. The conversation didn't start "God loves you" or "Jesus died for you", or "God wants you to repent". (You could argue none of those things were novel ideas to pagan religions at the time.) Rather, the conversations started by asking people what they knew of the resurrection event. We see this throughout the New Testament, but notably in places like Acts 17:18 when the confused Greeks note, "Paul was preaching the good news about Jesus and the resurrection."
In effect, the conversation was, "Did you hear about the man who rose from the dead?! What do you think happened??" How people responded to that conversation then led to conversations about the crucifixion, about repentance, and the Word of God. But the cart didn't go before the horse, so to speak. The Law or the crucifixion apart from the resurrection isn't good news, it's very, very bad news.
As an observation, you never mentioned the resurrection before your speaker was kicked. Nor did I hear it after.
And yes, you are trying. I commend you for that. I am, too, though not as well or as often as I'd like. But putting stuff on RUclips and keeping it open for comments suggests you're open to this feedback. I thought I'd share mine.

@@chrispaavola9875 Why? The conversations he had with individuals made it clear they weren't ready for hearing the message of the resurrection. Other ground needed to be covered first. Don't get me wrong, I'd have loved to see him have the chance to tell them about the resurrection. But when he was talking to people who don't even acknowledge the reality of the Law, they aren't ready to hear something like the resurrection for it would be so much foolishness. If I recall the video correctly there were people openly denying they needed Jesus to save them.
