I jumped on the London broil train during covid as beef prices went through the roof. Cooking to right temp and slicing thin is the key. Great cook guys.

That was one of my favorites Jeff, fantastic! I always always cooked my bacon in bacon grease until I started cooking my bacon in the oven. So much grease in the skillet it was just about shallow frying. It made the bacon cook way more evenly. That meal looked top notch. Have a great weekend guys.👍👍

The browning of the butter is the difference between clarified butter and ghee, if I'm not mistaken.
I could be wrong but that's what I've always thought.
Let me know if I'm wrong on that guys.

We don’t call it soggy bacon here in the south, we call it flimsy bacon. Flimsy is also speaking about the fat too. If you don’t make your bacon completely crispy that fat is NASTY!!

Where did you get the guard for the sink?
Morning Jon, it came with the sink when we purchased it. Sadly I do not recall the brand. One tip I will share though is,,,, if you get a guard like this make sure it doesn't have a plastic coating on it. Some are metal & some are plastic coated metal. The plastic ones melt when you put a hot pan into the sink and it's a major pain. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment! -J

Did you know you could’ve put those steaks right against the sides of the grill that’s what I do you could’ve cooked them quicker on the sides instead of standing them up try that out the edge of the grill is hot
