Think Remington new take over is responsible for high quality and going to bring back the name for the company that it deserves…. The story is good enough for me to start buying Remington again
It appears to me that both rifles may have been in a dead-heat. The increasing wind really ran interference for both. Excellent rifles & something we're all used to...a most excellent trigger man! Good video Hero.
I almost couldn’t believe my eyes! That Ruger spits out WONDERFUL groups. Whereas that Weatherby has been pretty ammo picky! But it seems that Mark V hunter likes Remington! The Core Lokt tipped ammo you tested and now the original Core Lokt! Unbelievable groups! Another great video!!!
I am glad you are doing the 200 yard group testing....this really helps those that hunt to understand the limitations or capabilities of their weapons. Great shooting!
I had similar results with the same ammo out of my Savage. I was getting furious with myself thinking I was completely missing the target. One ragged hole at 100 yards all day long. Thanks for the video.
Been snatching up the Norma Whitetail. It usually groups great. Now I gotta get some Core-Lokt. You are breaking me Hoot. You also made me buy a CVA Cascade in...wait for it...6.5 Creedmoor. I am telling my wife it's your fault. Haha.
Awesome shooting my friend. I've very impressed with the Ruger American and the Weatherby. Remington Core-lokt is the first centerfire ammo I started using on a regular basis. Glad to see it's still getting the job done.
That's incredible. Very good ammo and I think those rifles deserve credit too. Big surprise with the Ruger American. Impressive! The Weather by performed as one would expect. Great video sir!
Pretty dang good for a mass produced gun, ammo, and scope. My dad always said if you can hit an apple, out to a hundred yards, you can shoot well enough to eat. I think the most accurate center fire rifle I've ever had was a ruger m77 Hawkeye in .204. With a cheap Centerpoint scope. A tack driver all the out to 350 yds. Love the videos man.
I know you don’t really have the time to get deep into it, but you could do that with every rifle you own with hand loads! I was at the range today, and I shot 6 different 5 shot groups with my Savage 6.5 creedmoor. The worst group I shot was .76” at 100 yards. 4 of the groups were under .25” (one measured .17”). Something really satisfying about putting 5 shots through one ragged hole!
I've always had excellent results with Remington Corelock ammo in a Remington 760 in 300 Savage, which I rebarreled to 308. Fired a 3 shot group 3/8" at 100 yards with the 300 Savage. Scoped of course. Can't speak of their ammo quality now, but they and Federal were my go to manufacturers for ammo. Remington was first choice.
These are one of the best set of groups for what I have seen so far from anyone. And how about that, three shots same hole. Your videos are an inspiration for me. I think the last one that was abit spread out may have been the wind maybe that you pointed out right before you took the shot after the camara fell. You are pretty consistant and point out and usually know when the pull was off. Congratulations on the hole in one (hole in three) :)
Here just to support the channel, but I’m not a 6.5 guy, I’m always keepin it too classic American with my love for the modern .30’s when it comes to deer hunting. Depending on distance I’ll always choose a .300blk up to 150-200yds, and then a .308 past that up to 500-750yds and then a .300WM for anything further still. But I just can’t go for a 6.5 myself, although I’m sure it works well for a lot of people.
Excellent to Outstand, Sir! That cheap, plastic hollow-stock Ruger American Predator is an everyday average guy's rifle. You don't have to baby it. It's right at home on the range or bouncing around in a pickup truck on back country dirt roads. Where it is not at home is locked away next to safe queens. Shooting inexpensive off the shelf common hunting ammunition the Ruger kicked butt over all in my book LOL. Well Done!
Adam The Remington core lok is some underated Ammo . I fling It and Federal Fusion too. I believe it's your shooting skills and the Ruger American rifle makes a difference.
I took my Savage Axis-II, in 6.5 Creedmore, shooting some of the Same ammo at 75 yards. I fired 3 rounds. aiming center target, but hit slightly high. My 6.5 is zeroed for at least 100 yards. So I was pretty happy with the test. But I would like to get back out and re- try the test at 100 yards.
Man can’t really ask for better then how these combinations did. Budget or high end setups those groups will be great for deer hunting. Thank you again Who Tee Who for all you do for the boo lot community. Good hunting to the family and fans 🎥💯👍💪🏽🦌
Good stuff Remington Core lok always my go to in my Mossberg 800 B in 243 win first 3 down the pipe clover leaf open up to under 1inch with 2 more shots. I box of shells last 4 years of Missouri Deer seasons.
judging by your point of impact on both guns remington has a pretty mild powder charge in there . but good groupings just the same . as the saying goes speed means nothing without accuracy
I don't know who the 6.5 Creedmoor haters are (hunters I assume) but accuracy all day long! I shoot for precision so I'm a huge fan of 6.5...also just picked up a Savage 110 tactical in 6.5 PRC....sighting it in on Friday
That's up there with that corelokt .243 group you got a couple months back. I said it then, and I'll say it again, people that hate on corelokt because they don't group well, must have grabbed a bad batch or something cuz I've always shot purt near moa with it, and on occasion, a might better than moa
Looking at picking up a new bing bang either 6.5 or a 270. Looking at possibly a savage axis . Have a 22-250 in axis and it shoots sub half inch groups at a hundred and 3/4 inch groups at 200.
That’s shockingly tight at 200 for that Weatherby. My X Bolt 7 Rem Mag never shot the Rem Core-Lokt consistently back in the 90s. Maybe it’s time to give them another try to see if they’ve changed the recipe.
If you ever get a chance get your hands on of the Ruger Americans with the go wild camo and 22-in barrel I guarantee you'll absolutely love it. I have one in 450 Bushmaster and you can cloverleaf that thing all day long at 100 yards.
Whotee, can you do a videos of the 6.5 with seller & bellot 140 gr? Curious about how good it is considering it’s about $15 less than the Remington core lock. Thanks. Great video. Impressive.
You add some 'spice ' to your commentary! Love it, hooligans, most poisonous mushroom in the woods, bing-bang, zoomies, Barks McGee, boolat. You didn't use wind strong enough to knock camera as an excuse! only fault in this video! haha
Great VDO and Great shooting. A lot went correctly. Mounting scopes correctly and getting' your clickies and zommies right are all part of it - Plus wind. Three in the same hole is dynamite - Congratulations.
I never thought I would be interested in a 6.5 but I'm starting to see I was crazy ,hard to beat a ruger American for the money ,really good poor man rifle thanks for posting ,good luck this hunting season
Remington Ammo is now owned by the same company that owns Federal Ammo. Sounds like they upgraded the Remington factory with some new equipment. Looks like they're putting out quality.

6.5 Creedmoor - Remington Core-Lokt [INSANE GROUPS 🤯🤯🤯]
please test that bullet with the cva cascade
I just got a Ruger precision and I want to shoot at 1000 yards what ammo would you recommend
Think Remington new take over is responsible for high quality and going to bring back the name for the company that it deserves…. The story is good enough for me to start buying Remington again
You’re one of the very RUclips shooters that admit a wider group may be because of human error, and I salute you for it.
👍👍
This bull Try to reproduce it with the guns he has
Incredible! This just shows it doesn’t take a $3,000 custom built rig and hand loaded ammo for precision accuracy.👍
Absolutely
It appears to me that both rifles may have been in a dead-heat. The increasing wind really ran interference for both. Excellent rifles & something we're all used to...a most excellent trigger man! Good video Hero.
Would love to see 3 shots with and without the shusher cans to see how much it effects point of impact.
That .13 group, directly on the bullseye, is as close to perfection as I can imagine!
Damn. Core lokt has always been solid but I mean DAMN
Thanks for watching Braden
Its bull
Remington Corelokt sales ✈️🚀💣📈
I am glad you are doing the 200 yard group testing....this really helps those that hunt to understand the limitations or capabilities of their weapons. Great shooting!
Your mood certainly picked up after that 3 shot bullseye 🎯 good to see someone else shooting straight
Excellent shooting in all that wind dude
I use the same ammo in my "budget friendly" Thompson Center Compass 6.5 cm. Driving tacks with it! Can't believe how great that combo shoots.
Sweeeet
I have the COMPACT. Will try the Mushrooms that I have.
Impressive in my book 6.5 in that wind 🍃 yes Sir
I had similar results with the same ammo out of my Savage. I was getting furious with myself thinking I was completely missing the target. One ragged hole at 100 yards all day long. Thanks for the video.
Great shooting bud , always liked the Remington corelokt stuff
Been snatching up the Norma Whitetail. It usually groups great. Now I gotta get some Core-Lokt. You are breaking me Hoot. You also made me buy a CVA Cascade in...wait for it...6.5 Creedmoor. I am telling my wife it's your fault. Haha.
Love the Cascade
Awesome shooting my friend. I've very impressed with the Ruger American and the Weatherby. Remington Core-lokt is the first centerfire ammo I started using on a regular basis. Glad to see it's still getting the job done.
Very impressive groups. I am going to have to try some of that Core-Lokt in my 6.5CM. 👍
man I will tell you what that got me fired up too that is pretty dad gum good right on Hootie I loved it good video man
Thanks for watching Gary
That was fun enjoyed the stream (: look forward to more!
That's incredible. Very good ammo and I think those rifles deserve credit too. Big surprise with the Ruger American. Impressive! The Weather by performed as one would expect. Great video sir!
Pretty dang good for a mass produced gun, ammo, and scope.

Love the videos man.
That shooting is getting it into Sergeant York territory. Wow, I might have to get a Ruger American in the 6.5 Creedmoor to impress my hunting buddies
Enjoyed the video as always that is some good groups
I know you don’t really have the time to get deep into it, but you could do that with every rifle you own with hand loads! Wow so you believe this crsp t
Congrats on those groups. Definitely will be trying some of those Remi boo-lots out of my Ruger.
Thanks for watching David
I dont think it gets much better than that mate, absolutely sensational 👏 👌
Great to see you adjusting the scopes to shoot dead on at 100 yards. That was some GREAT shooting my friend !!!
Thanks for watching Tracy
Great shooting
I've always had excellent results with Remington Corelock ammo in a Remington 760 in 300 Savage, which I rebarreled to 308. Fired a 3 shot group 3/8" at 100 yards with the 300 Savage. Always love the content! Keep it up WhoTeeWho!! Almost half a million subs!! Cheers! 🍻
🙏🙏🙏
Good shooting. Both rifles did good. Remington core lock is some good ammo for sure.
If you believe this i have free land to sell u lol
Now to focus on the video.
This is incredibly that you are getting these results.
Thanks for sharing with us.
These are one of the best set of groups for what I have seen so far from anyone. And how about that, three shots same hole. Your videos are an inspiration for me. Appreciate you watching 🙏
Damn! That's impressive! Gotta love when the rifles love the cheap stuff 👍👍👍
Best grouping I’ve ever seen in my life with that ruger that’s impressive your a hell of a shot!! That 200 yard group with your mark v is also amazing
Here just to support the channel, but I’m not a 6.5 guy, I’m always keepin it too classic American with my love for the modern .30’s when it comes to deer hunting. Fantastic! The 6.5 bullet always performs very well. Ballistic coefficient is great.
This is GREAT! Super nice shootin! Congratulations on the Groups! Appreciate you!
Thanks for watching
Whooty, man that was empressive> Thats some awsome factory boolites to fling for the price. Give us more!!
Excellent to Outstand, Sir!
That cheap, plastic hollow-stock Ruger American Predator is an everyday average guy's rifle. You don't have to baby it. Best group ever....ive seen 2000$ shooting setup doing larger grouping than that. INCREDIBLE
Adam The Remington core lok is some underated Ammo . I fling It and Federal Fusion too. I believe it's your shooting skills and the Ruger American rifle makes a difference.
Damned good shooting !!
awesome groups nice to see
My .260 Rem shoots Remington 140gr Core-Lokts pretty well, too. I have a TC Encore PH with custom 24" barrel 1:8 twist.
Amazing groups with that rugar❤❤❤
Man can’t really ask for better then how these combinations did. Budget or high end setups those groups will be great for deer hunting. Thank you again Who Tee Who for all you do for the boo lot community. Good hunting to the family and fans 🎥💯👍💪🏽🦌

Excellent shooting WTW! Highly impressive!

I wish the Savage Axis could have been out there for comparison. Great video WTW!
Coreloks shooting mighty fine👍👍I would be framing the .13 group lol
I was thinking the same thing , frame it.
THIS :) Slam that beeaaautiful bean buulat footage WOW!!! Love it! Keep on keepin on!
Outstanding! Gotta love the Ruger American! It’s a great hunting rifle! I shot 2 deer last year, and they both dropped where they stood.
Good stuff Remington Core lok always my go to in my Mossberg 800 B in 243 win first 3 down the pipe clover leaf open up to under 1inch with 2 more shots. I box of shells last 4 years of Missouri Deer seasons.
Oh by the way I was talking about 100 yrds 😉
judging by your point of impact on both guns remington has a pretty mild powder charge in there . but good groupings just the same . as the saying goes speed means nothing without accuracy
Great shooting WTW COOL VIDEO!

I don't know who the 6.5 Creedmoor haters are (hunters I assume) but accuracy all day long! I shoot for precision so I'm a huge fan of 6.5...also just picked up a Savage 110 tactical in 6.5 PRC....sighting it in on Friday
It must be nice. That's what my sons rifle shoots very well. I can't find it anywhere in my area. Great shooting!
That rifle is a KEEPER!!!
Deadliest mushroom in the woods flung by the coolest boolot slanger on the interwebs!! Got excited with you. Fantastic groups!! Great shootin’!!
🙏🙏🙏
Supper cool ammo test!
That's up there with that corelokt .243 group you got a couple months back. I said it then, and I'll say it again, people that hate on corelokt because they don't group well, must have grabbed a bad batch or something cuz I've always shot purt near moa with it, and on occasion, a might better than moa
Man, you found THE rounds for that Ruger!!
Looking at picking up a new bing bang either 6.5 or a 270. Looking at possibly a savage axis . Have a 22-250 in axis and it shoots sub half inch groups at a hundred and 3/4 inch groups at 200.
Awesome ! Love watching your videos
Appreciate you watching Craig
That’s shockingly tight at 200 for that Weatherby. My X Bolt 7 Rem Mag never shot the Rem Core-Lokt consistently back in the 90s. Maybe it’s time to give them another try to see if they’ve changed the recipe.
Dayummmmm good shooting Thank you 🙏
The barrel might have cool but I bet the suppressor was still hot.
Curious to see if the suppressor affected the groups.
Dang nice shooting who….. wow!!
If you ever get a chance get your hands on of the Ruger Americans with the go wild camo and 22-in barrel I guarantee you'll absolutely love it. I have one in 450 Bushmaster and you can cloverleaf that thing all day long at 100 yards.
I have the go wild in the ruger American and it shoots those Remington core loct boolats extremely well too!
One word... WOW!
Thanks for watching!
Whotee, can you do a videos of the 6.5 with seller & bellot 140 gr? Curious about how good it is considering it’s about $15 less than the Remington core lock. Thanks. Great video. Impressive.
I have the Ruger American love it. That Weatherby is pretty badass
Easily the best groups I’ve ever seen you get. I’d say you found the ammo those rifles like 👍
That's some fine shootin', friend!
Thanks for watching Steven
That’s awesome can’t wait to try it in my Ruger American!
Great groups
Great shooting!
The rifles did a good job to, and really liked that cartridges.
Dayum WTW.. those are some great grouping.. 👏👏👏
Hey Raptor
You add some 'spice ' to your commentary! Love it, hooligans, most poisonous mushroom in the woods, bing-bang, zoomies, Barks McGee, boolat.
You didn't use wind strong enough to knock camera as an excuse! only fault in this video! haha
Awesome sauce
Heyo
Awesome shooting! Amazing!
Thanks for watching Tim
You are literally an amazing shooter!
Thanks for watching Kyle
Great video! How do the they preform on deer?
Holy cow 😲 that's impressive groups right there.... dang man that's crazy
Thanks for watching
I bought my 6.5 creedmore this morning. I couldn’t stand it anymore and I bought this ammo that you’re using now.
Good stuff
Great video as usual- if you would
Tack your target to a pice of cardboard your rounds would cut a hole instead of tearing a hole- love that ruger
Great VDO and Great shooting. A lot went correctly. Mounting scopes correctly and getting' your clickies and zommies right are all part of it - Plus wind. Three in the same hole is dynamite - Congratulations.
Thanks for watching Joseph
That’s why I love my Ruger American in 6.5 Creedmoor
😍😍😍
Some good shooting there WTW both rifles liked that 140 gr.
I never thought I would be interested in a 6.5 but I'm starting to see I was crazy ,hard to beat a ruger American for the money ,really good poor man rifle thanks for posting ,good luck this hunting season
Wow…. Doesn’t get much better than that! Nice shootin’
