I was in Junction just a couple months ago. Cool little town! My parents have property in Marysvale that we went to look at (I'd never seen it before).

I'm sure Mary Pat loved seeing the '42 at the strip with Hunter doing a great job there. And Landon just had the best birthday present ever! Kudos to both.
I live about an hour away from Concord. I’ve never done it but I know a number of folks young and old who have had that birthday present. They all come back saying it was the best ever.
I loved the look of Hunter when he drifted the truck after testing. It was a little cocky then panic that the camera was on , then play it cool !!!! lol good job guys
The races in junction were awesome I recommend everyone go at least once. It was a blast scrambling around finding parts helping hunter so your truck would get off the trailer. Thank you hunter for the invite to come hangout and help.

What an awesome video of the whole Fab Rat's family going to Concorde racing Mustangs and Landon had a great birthday gift! So nice that Gracie, Jace, Graedan, and of course Michelle enjoying the day. The '42 Chevy truck Hunter was racing had some issues, but he got some help overcoming them and got to race. Hunter's Dad, Sister and friends came along for the fun as well. Good video!

Thank you, FabRats. For some of us, Yalls videos give us something to look forward to. Always good, positive, and pure content. Paul and Hunter are The Man, and it's been awesome watching the kids grow up. Shawn has been a great addition to the crew with tons of knowledge and skills. Grandma is possibly my favorite. She's so sweet and cracks me up with her occasional curse word. Michelle holds it all together with her bubbly personality and is definitely the Momma of the shop. You guys are awesome, and I look forward to seeing the FabRats for years to come.

I live an hour and a half from Charlotte. I’m going soon to drive a NASCAR. Normally you get 5 minutes as fast as you can go, but my wife got me 40 minutes!!! The guy at the track couldn’t believe it. He said nobody has ever gotten that much time. IT IS GOING TO BE EPIC!!! 😁👌

It's pretty awesome to see the Cox family in my neck of the woods. Literally 30 minutes from me and having a great time. Looks like Hunter also had a good time. I wish someone would have been there to make the timing adjustments that he needed. Great video.

Hunter had a good support crew. Skeeter, track crew, fellow drivers. Valuable lessons about tools, spare parts, nearby suppliers.
Landon and Paul had a good 2 days driving some Mustangs.

What a tough job. Driving a race car around a real race track. Some people have all the fun. I enjoyed the Cox family outing.
Ol Skeeter made an appearance. Looks like you guys had fun. Pretty sure you could have found a track that has vettes but whatever. Now you and Lando can never lose another race or you're gonna get ragged on how the schooling didn't help. Poor hunter just needed a timing adjustment but that's part of learning I reckon.
That's what you're going to see all day, what a classic phrase Paul! Just love you guys! I am all things Ford, from the Mustang to Super Duty pickups! This was a true pleasure to watch! Thank you! Grew up going to the drag strip with my Dad to watch the NHRA races and local street car races, brought back many cherished memories!

That's an incredible present for Landon's Birthday. Landon & Paul got the dream of a lifetime, Hunter too. Hunters drag racing was at least Legal, not like light to light downtown years ago. Professional cars on a real track, this old Autocrosser is very jealous.
Happy 19th Birthday Landon, I am looking forward to the next lawnmower race that you guys get up to, I am sure you have learned a lot of tricks from this school. Well done Hunter, that looked like a blast. It is great to see you getting more and more into building and not just swinging the camera, what a great place to learn. Paul and Michelle, thank you for sharing so much of your family and life with us, it sure is special. Happy Independence Day.
FABRATS I drove the gt350s at Charlotte a few years ago for the gt350 track attack. That program is absolutely great at teaching people how to really push those cars to their theseholds. I had an amazing and unforgettable time and it looks like you did as well!!!

You didn't crash or burn down the engine, had fun and even managed to do a little tuning on the carb, so sounds like you went above and beyond your agreement. Props for doing the best you could and being a good competitor, racing like you did and having a good attitude the while way will definitely get you invited to more races in the future
This is what America is all about, it's great to see all their hard work pay off to better their family and friends. Couldn't have put out a better video for Independence Day, God Bless America. Oh, and not stupid Electric cars to be seen.

I fully support these learning supposed out of control skidding, in grade 13 a classmate told me to "take it beyond the limit- then dial it down 2 or 3 notches and i'll be safe forever". He was right - Thanks Steve Turnbill from Perth ! (best advice ever) I really encourage this recklessness- because someday might come and hopefully it's instinct and not panic. My daughter died in a crash 9 years ago- I touch the public in my job everyday- whenever and always when i get the opportunity- i encourage parents to take their kids outside the comfort zone of driving.

I lived in Concord NC for 5 months. What an amazing Speedway even back in1989, two years ago it had changed so much. Crazy my favorite two places on earth and you were at both of them.

Hunter improved the truck with the Cummins fuel pump!!! Much more pressure and volume!!!! Allowed HUNTER TO PERFORM WELL!!!! SKEETER HAD SUMPTIN TO DO WITH THAT DECISION, THOUGH!!!!
Reminds me of the "outlaw" drags we used to have at the old airport in St. George (now the new airport!) back in the late '60s. We had a lookout at the bottom of the hill to alert us of any "unwanted visitors", no timing system, human starter, and everyone had a great time!
Now Chevy & Dodge need to invite Paul & crew to race their products !

When I was 18, we used to go to a track like Hunter was on in Raton New Mexico. Hunter did good after he replaced the fuel pump. Looked like fun with the Mustangs. That would have been something my older brother would have liked. He had a need for Speed!
Hunter has got the bug. Drag racing is some of the most fun you can have in a spicy vehicle. There’s a lot to learn young man but it has begun! Hopefully we’ll see some more 👍

Live in UT, Grew up in NC. I've seen more races at CMS than I can count. One of my favorites was School bus racing on Wed nights. LOL Cool to see you in the old stomping grounds...

I wish I could have been with Hunter to tune a little on the truck. Few simple" this and thats" would make huge bottom end performance. Old school gearheads as myself know exactly what I'm thinking. But great job and brings back memories of my first drag race. Which happen to be in Kaysville Utah. 1983. In first car spent a year fixing up at 14-15 years old. '69 SS 396 4spd. Elcomino. Then the trouble began! Year later was 455H.O. 67 firebird. My poor parents.
Great to see Skeeter, HBD Landon, Team Fab Rats did great all around but Paul is definitely geared for low and slow in the FJ on trails. Nice to see him expanding his skills.

When I went to my fire academy we had a fire engine with the same set up on the skid pan. Just imagine doing that with a 35,000 pound rig.... Yeah that was crazy.
When I was in the Air Force, stationed in Indiana, we had to test drive the bread trucks on the icy skid pad to practice winter driving. Growing up in Illinois, driving on snow was no big deal, especially at 15mph on the flightline.
I did the Petty Nascar Experience several years ago at Kansas Raceway for some 30 laps. I'll never forget it. That was so much fun.
Good to see Skeeter! Some nice-looking rigs at the drag races. Good on Hunter. That Studebaker spun the wheels a bit coming out of the hole.
Great job Hunter and I hope you build a car of your own someday to race. Don't get in a hurry. Just do a little at a time as you have money for it. But my advice is to fix the jeep before you invest in anything for racing. Thanks for bringing us along Paul. That was a great day for the family.
I just noticed that when Hunter is concentrating, he chews on his tongue the same way I and at least one of my brothers do! LOL!
