@@arubuolaebenezer9986Ey relax! Relax bro! At least the Kenyans weren't as outrightly petty and malicious as South Africans are praying all countries be towards Nigeria, so that they can recruit many soldiers into their anti-Nigerian army😆
Something that Ghana hasn't done since the start of our generational banter with them from the 80s

@@arubuolaebenezer9986 😂 no man, it has nothing to do with that.
We relate well with the Kenyans. We renewed our bilateral relations with them in the late 2010s. Their community has lived well within our borders since the early 90s. Historically and politically, we are also noted for having less instability in our regions after attaining political independence (African academics have long opined on this).
Both regions in the video are key to the growth and stability of their regions. The giants must allow us to love other Africans in peace 😂 we will come back to you, it's okay.

Bro, most of the "first this" and "only thats" in Africa, are from South Africa, by BLACK South Africans.
The first Grammy to come to Africa, was brought by Miriam Makeba, a South African.
The first Nobel price to be won by an African, was by Chief Albert Luthuli, a South African.
I can go on all day.
We all know who the real giants are, it's the ones who actually never claimed to be giants.

18:14 The Kenyan society is different because it was a settler colony and there was so much brutalization and breaking up of families by the British. And yes, many women were left with homes to take care of and children to raise in cases where men were killed, imprisoned, or put in detention. This is why Kenyan women tend to be quite independent and do not wait for men to do stuff. Also, some Kenyan tribes are matriarchal, meaning children belong to the mother. That said, African men who are not Kenyan mostly don't know how to handle Kenyan women because of their independence. So, Kenyan men understand better how to handle Kenyan women than other Africans who are not used to that. However, Kenyan women are soft-spoken and generally not loud (a common East African trait), so this softens them and retains their femininity.

I really love Kenya as a country and I’m a Nigerian. Because Kenya person is ready to listen and to admit where is necessary but You see particularly Ghana they would never agreed that there are smthing that you know more or have more than them. Then follow by South Africa. You could see Kenya the mutual relationship and Nigerians were honest enough to quickly reciprocate and when Nigeria admitted Kenya also reciprocated. That’s love that what we want in Africa . Africa is big . It is the second biggest continent in the world. And so there are lots of diversities among us Africans as much as there are similarities among us as well.
That’s why you would see more Nigerians in countries where they are loved and respected. Nigerians are more in Kenya than in any other African countries but they are not making noise about it. Just that they were not really taking entertainment so serious in their early days like Ghana did in trying to follow Nigeria and the trend in the African soil at the time, because we Nigeria likes entertainment a lot.
God bless Nigeria and Kenya and bless Africa ❤

Well, the nickname "Giant of Africa" was given by the fighters and heroes of Nigeria's independence. And back then Nigeria was literally the powerhouse of Africa competing on the world stage so the name Giant of Africa was valid. Has Nigeria backslided? Yes it has! We admit it but should we now change it to the "Dwarf of Africa" so that everyone would be comfortable and feel less inferior?
We arent the only one with a self acclaimed nickname:
Malawi 🇲🇼 ( The Warm Heart of Africa)
Gambia 🇬🇲 (The Smiling coast of Africa)
    Kenya 🇰🇪(The Pride of Africa)
Cameroon 🇨🇲 (The Hinge of Africa)
Ghana 🇬🇭 ( The Gateway to Africa)
Namibia 🇳🇦 (The Gem of Africa)
Uganda 🇺🇬 (The Pearl of Africa)
Angola 🇦🇴 (The Kuwait of Africa)
Chad 🇹🇩 (The Dead Heart of Africa)
Mali 🇲🇱 (The Eyes of Africa)
    But when it gets to:
Nigeria 🇳🇬 (The Giant of Africa)
Everyone gets offended and start criticizing everything anout Nigeria🤦🏾‍♂️
Is Nigeria now the only one who shouldn't take pride in her nickname? A question i need answers to from my African brothers and sisters. Why is the nicknames of other countries not a threat to you? Why is it only Nigeria's??

This translates to gender roles, it doesn't have to be women cooking alone (men can also adopt this) or they can also farm, lead companies, etc...love & affection aren't things comfortably embraced in the open, and very few Kenyans have a different experience.

Just like SA, Zimbabwe and Namibia, Kenya was a settler colony and the effects of the brutality from British settlers affected the family and cultural dynamics in a very big way. Nigeria did not face those effects considering it was indirect rule that left most of their cultural and family units intact..That pain is felt till today for anyone who knows kenya history especially on kikuyu tribe..the issue of being a giant or not is dependent on the quality of life you give to your citizens. Is India the Giant of the world because it has 1.4b people? what metrics do you use or is it self proclamation? It would help if we focused on our strengths on things that matter, and as a kenyan, every African nation has potential to greatness in their own way depending on their contributions to a better Africa.

Its important we understand the diversities that exist in Africa. All in all we are African but doesnt mean we are exact.

Nigerians had indirect colonisation and Kenya had direct colonisation. These affected culture and family structure. In direct colonisation the coloniser forces his culture on the indegenous people such as religion, language, mannerisms, dress, music, family structures and gender roles. The leadership structures found in the different nations are taken over by imposing administrators, laws, and military. Completely desimating any trace of the cultural and political traditional practices. Also because of exploitation of the resources villages were destroyed and instead concentration camps. Also a lot of the men were separated from their families to build roads, infrastructure and fight in this case WW2 Indirect colonisation, the colonisers used the existing traditional structures. The chiefs, and kings were used by the colonisers to impose colonial rule on their chiefdoms and kingdoms. So the culture was kept intact, family structures kept intact, religious practices kept intact. I think this is where the difference comes in, in the way we both are.

Africa is the most diverse continent on the planet. The genetic diversity is absolutely incredible. No other continent is this diverse. As for African Americans, my teacher, Bobby Hemmitt says African American excellence is as a result of the forceful generic unification that came about during slavery. Many Nations in Africa were kidnapped and forcefully mixed and breed to create this homogeneous African that has all the genetic markers from West and Central Africa. I also suspect Tipu Tip the slave trader from Zanzibar sold many slaves to the Portuguese that ended up in the Americas. This genetic diversity mixed up forcefully would never have happened in Africa because of ethnocentrism. The result is a new African that checks all the boxes for intelligence, strength and talent. This fulfills the prophecy of God Tehuti, that a New Kemet will be created in a distant land in the West.
