Thank you so much for this feedback🙏 and thank you for watching.
Well done Video, better than most first impressions videos we see here. Welcome to Nairobi and enjoy
Thank you.
Nice video you captured quite a bit. In Nairobi we have many parks not animal related. The Karura forest, the Uhuru gardens, Uhuru park, chiromo park etc. These provide the fresh air and relaxation/recreational places we need in Nairobi and were fought for by civil and environmental activists like Peace Laurette Professor Wangari Maathai. Visit them too.
Thank you so much for the info. I have visited Karura Forest, I even have a video on it on my channel. I have noted the names of the other ones you mentioned, will work towards visiting them too cos I loved the vibes at Karura Forest.
Thanks again🙏🏾.
The Nigerian conductor amazing 😅😅😅 big up from Kenya
Thank you!!
In Kenya the 2 major languages are English and Kiswahili. However, we all have our mother tongue which we also speak to those who understand it.

Greetings! Thanks for your commentary on how you see Kenya compared to Nigeria. One thing I’d mention and maybe you could touch on is the fact that Kenya has some of the best coastal life (beaches) in Africa - and the general public has unfettered access; meaning, NO ONE has to pay for access. I don’t know if the same can be said of Nigeria.
Thank you for watching. Unlike kenya in Nigeria we have to pay for access to most of the beaches.
Good presentation
Thank you🙏
💯🔥
I think we need to start exporting snails to Nigeria.we have so many in 🇰🇪
Yes, it is good business because there is a market for it in Nigeria.
We used to have those free polythene bags at supermarkets up until around 2017. They got banned for environmental reasons
Better for the environment 👍🏽
Plastic is dangerous for the environment.
Good one
Thank you
Well came to Nairobi vibes karibu
Asante sana,
Lovely video. Hope to visit one day. My friend visited last year and she said it was lovely. Can’t believe you forgot to mention BRT’s though as another means of transport in Lagos. Anywy lovely video.❤️
Thank you so much. Yes, it’s truly lovely here. Don’t mind me, I later realized that I forgot to mention alot of things, my bad🤦♀️. It will get better with time, thanks for watching.
Great video plz.dont miss Xmas holiday at the coast (our beaches are among the best in the world, foods, coast culture ) u will never forget
Thank you for the tip, I plan to do that.
Thank you sister Adeola well come to our beautiful country kenya
Thank you too🙏🏾.
Much love for Nigerian from Kenya. My next destination is Nigeria.I will like to take Yoruba traditional wine, visit a village called Ogidi in Eastern part of the Nigeria.
Beautiful presentation ❤
Thank you so much 🙏 .
Well done for the comparison video. It was fun to watch. Yes, Afrobeat and Nollywood have been very big here.
I am glad you liked it, thank you.
Great presentation my sister ooh! with a light touch, let me just say that this is the 'Genesis' of your stay in Kenya, when you get to ''Malachi'' you'll desire to be a Kenyan citizen.
Yay, expecting all the goodies that are coming. Thank you so much🙏.
Karibu sana
The transport system in kenya from matatu to riders, is highly regulated all the buses or matatu operate in a group called the Sacco, they target different customers most of the young people prefer using matatu that has music in it, but also we have matatus operated by big companies those ones have music but its not loud in fact you can ask the driver to turn it off all together in short matatu is a culture that has ben there for years.
Thank you for educating me, I have learnt alot about the Matatus since I posted this video. I look forward to riding in one. 👍🏽
Misleading information Matatu are individually owned by investors who put them in saccos stop your guess work
what have I said my friend? all matatus are in saccos. is simple to understand if you own a matatu you have to join a sacco all matatus operate in saccos. I own 2 metro trans buses. I know the industry.
@@adeolaharold on your video you asked how are Kenya conductors compared to Nigerians. Kenya conductors are the most polite and humble guys in Africa transport sectare but never mess with their money because they can either beat you, throw you on a moving matatu or alight you from a very far place from where you were going
You're doing well so far, just remain consistent with your content posting, at least 3 videos a week. The channel will grow.
I will try, thank you so much🙏.
Karibu Kenya. Explore the rural too, especially the central Kenya, Rift valley, Nyanza & North Eastern.
Thank you and I appreciate the information.
You are doing amazing....kindly plan a video with Kenneth Nwache, am hosting him at my place
Thank you so much🙏🏾
The matatus are painted...there are youthful graffiti artists behind the great work of art on matatus.
They sincerely do a really good job, thank you for the info & thanks for watching🙏

Mnawapenda na kazi yenu wanachukuwa..Enda fintech in Kenya
New subscriber just because of Kenya flag
Thank you so much.
In terms of rent, it is financial system issue. In Kenya mortgage facilities are widely available hence house ownership is far wider and as such competition is wider so landlords cannot dictate rental payment. The higher the amount one pays in advance is advantageous for a landlord whereas a lower amount favours the tenant!!
You can go to marigiti market and store, hahaha
Karibu Nairobi
Asante
Shout out from Hargeisa, Somaliland
Nylons were banned some time back that's why, but before the supermarkets provided the nylon bags
Plastic bags, with the supermarkets brand on it
You are very beautiful ma'am...karibu kenya

@@adeolaharold umekaribishwa sana
Waaa in Naigeria conductors are very dramatic then here there are organized.some people even leave there cars and go with Matatu.
🇰🇪 💙
They say if the music is too loud, you are too old.. in matatu
On Transport fare thing.. In Kenya we're kinda advance on that sh!T.. we'd Mpesa. Its not a must you carry cash with u.
Im Kenyan. I jus subscribed😊
Thank you for subscribing 😊
There some things you forgot about Kenya apart from Nigerian music Kenyans really love your movies and we love you guys too your our distance brothers 😊, Also you forget to mention our electricity and faster internet (everything Nigerians who comes to Kenya always say how reliable our electricity & internet is i dont know if that's the case for you 😊). On rent Kenyans pay monthly but it's not compulsory your can even pay annually if you wish(though no Kenyan would want that😊), on trees and green spaces not just Nairobi but all our cities and towns are very green (you can do your research) we built infrastructure as we plant trees in equal measures. Anyway nice content i enjoyed it
Thank you so much, I remember you requested this video and it was really an interesting one to make. I later realized that I didn’t talk about the internet and love to Naija movies and some other points, the internet is awesome by the way. Maybe much later I will do a part 2 and share my experience on them. Interesting to know you can pay rent annually but I understand why most Kenyans will prefer monthly.
Thank you for always supporting🙏👍🏽.
@@adeolaharold anytime dear sister, I really can't wait for your next video, by the way your my favorite Nigerian RUclipsr, pass my regards to your hubby 😊
I almost confuse you with my tribe girl ( kikuyu) ...you're soo cute
Awwwn, thank you.
Karibu Kenya
Asante sana 🙏
In Kenya,we rarely carry cash money
firstly great presentation but next time visit another county in kenya apart from nairobi like nakuru, mombasa e.t.c
Thank you. I plan on doing that.
Paying rent in kenya we pay rent monthly but tenants can decide to pay there rent for 2months ahead,3months,6months,even 1 year its acceptable...its flexible that is if you have the money to pay in advance
Yes someone mentioned that too, thank you🙏
Nice video. So how do you sustain yourself in Kenya as a visitor?
Thank you 🙏. Just taking one day at a time🙂.
the matatus are spray painted. Other small details may be stickers
Stickers are found inside and not outside the matatu. The outside is pure paint sprayed by artists.
Very well articulated but one thing about greenery in some parts of Nairobi is that Nairobi was/is being developed in forested areas.
There's a difference between 'greening' an area and developing in forested areas.
Ok, Thank you so much, this w
is very informative. Thank you for sharing.
Same difference, greenery is greenery, it is international. The people of Kenya decided to keep their city green, is part of urban planning, they could have cut trees and could have decided not to plant trees. Nairobi is protecting the old trees and planting more trees as we speak, yes green city in the sun, yours is sematic
All subsaharan Africa was forested once so you ain't saying nothing
@@jamesokoth6655 What are you trying to say
@@Mooseouma everywhere in Africa was a forest before becoming a city or town so your analogy is wrong Nairobi took deliberate efforts towards greening
We had polythene bags also but the government banned them to protect environmental destruction that’s why currently it’s the renewable ones
okay, good move by the government. Thank you for sharing.
those are stickers they are real paintings.....is a way of job creation buy Kenya build Kenya is the policy.
some four years ago nylons were illegalized in Kenya

Hey Adeola, I have never been outside Kenya 😁
If you can, you should try explore outside Kenya, the world is beautiful and worth exploring. What will be your first preference in if you are to visit any country now?

I didn’t know why I totally forgot to mention our famous Keke. Thank you for watching.
We have colder places in kenya..... Try... Limuru, the abadareas, and all the slopes of Mount Kenya areas (Nairobi is part of the slope of Mount Kenya.. Thats why its called... But its gets colder us you go up... To the highlands )
Ok, thank you for the insight.
Slope really?

Ok, that is cool and I am sure it’s a lot of work too. Thank you.
There people who do this graffiti on matatus, it's damn expensive, but I think it's good, they are misbehaving conductors but mostly you can't go away with it depending on the degree of misbehaviour because the licences for the whole bus company can be terminated untill further notice
Oh! Good to know!! Thank you so much for your comment. Very insightful.
