Got my 24 sr 6 speed 4x4 in underground color last Thursday I asked for 7% off msrp and dealer cost on extended warranty they cut me a great deal with 2 year maintenance lifetime engine warranty through dealer and lifetime state inspection. I have 300 miles on it just filled tank for first time! Lots of fuckboys driving shitty old vehicles can’t even look at a new 24 but will hate on em. Toyota Mexico assembly plant is there most sophisticated and the turbo 4 cylinder in 24 Tacoma was proven in Lexus vehicles for many years. I feel like I got my dream truck when I was in high school that was the gmc cyclone or gmc typhoon. Turbo stick shift! I love it!

Love the 4th gen videos. Got a 24 trd sport 2 weeks ago and towed a full Uhaul trailer it’s first 2500 miles. I love the truck and hope to get wheels, tires and a lift soon.
Good looking trucks. Too bad that they came out with problematic transmission and turbocharger that overheats.

@88ROTORS Trying to get views like you? You're correct. I heard it on several RUclipsrs videos of the problems with hanging 35's which caused the turbo to overheat and a couple of others that showed the on screen display of transmission overheating. You must know about the tundra recall and just recently there's been a recall on some lexus models. Just so you know how disappointed I am with Toyota. My first car was a celica that I drove from 29 palms to San Diego on every free weekend that I had while in the Marines. That car odometer went around twice before it finally gave up on me. I've had a 2002 tacoma, a 2010 tacoma, a 2012 tacoma a 2014 tacoma, a 2019 tacoma and I'm currently driving a 2021 4runner. My wife has had a succession of highlanders and she's currently driving a RV4. Never in my life that I would even consider Toyota having so much trouble.

So if I have the 24 Tacoma and want to run 285/70r/17 tires with a +25 offset it'll sit flush with fender well with no lift?

You should do a video on zr2’s. Those new tacomas are garbage with all kinds of problems.
A quick Google search and you’ll see the ZR2 having a ton of problems too.
Quality has gone down a lot on US workers in manufacturing parts. I called it in 2021. People lost interest and passion because they don’t get paid enough and are depressed with who’s in control of the country. Things will continue to get worse. It’s gonna be a big trend of who can sabotage parts to break faster.

They’re great trucks. Own one myself and know a lot of people that do. Everyone that owns them, loves them. Haven’t seen anyone with any issues. It’s always those one off guys, mostly RUclipsrs that blow them out of proportion to get views about having issues.

Unfortunately, Toyota killed themselves with making their top vehicles hybrid. I'm glad that the 25 Corolla FX will not be hybrid.
I’d have to disagree with that. Hybrid technology is how you maximize power and improve mpg. Hypercars and exotics have been doing it. The Corolla won’t have a hybrid powertrain to cut costs. That’s also the reason why it only has 169 horsepower.
@88ROTORS Don't know why the disagreement. Look at the problems that the Tundra is having with the engine and the Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD has an overheating issue. The amount of owners trying to return both is overwhelming Toyota dealers right now.
@@88ROTORS Personally I'm holding out for the next Gen 2-cylinder twin turbo...or maybe the future Gen Hamster Wheel Tri-Turbo (I hear it will get GREAT mileage).
