I had the anxiety in the last animation but i thought it would be satisfying and when the ball hit the wood it jumpscared me but, It's the most satisfying part.

I guess you could've made that first animation with 2 models, One a rigid body (The main part), One a soft body (Cut off part). After the knife coming down, The knife will push the soft body to fall over, Andd finally slow the simulation down with the knife's paste and render. (Just theoretical.)
